Homey vibes in Soller
Pros:

Helpful staff, great location especially if you travel to Soller via vintage train or tram. Also has a small pool and outside area which we liked

Cons:

No lift - so maybe inconvenient for some

Pros:

Great location, and the staff were very kind.
The room and bathroom were clean.

Cons:

Unfortunately I didn't like my stay and I'm not sure the price match the value.

First- booking sent them my information in another language which made the check in process so much longer (not their fault but if they would have reached me it could be solved before arrival, it seems that the staff would also prefer me to do online check in).
Second, my room was right above the train and breakfast area and it was loud (construction noise+breakfast noise+housekeeping noise) in the morning and woke me up early-I feel as the hotel was at low capacity so they could have chosen a different room for me (I was there for only 1 night).
Thirdly, I took a shower before bed and there was no hot water, just lukewarm/cold.
The mini fridge in the room didn't work and was smelly.

Lastly for future knowledge -breakfast was small (ham/cheese /eggs/bread/ some vegetables and fruit/cereal/cake) not many options for lactose free/no meat options.

(Also sent via booking a request to have 1 twin bed, and got 2 single beds- not a complaint just for knowledge regard requests)

Nöjda med fint och charmigt hotell men trångt rum,
Pros:

Mycket trevligt hotell! Ett bra läge nära centrum men ändå lugnt. Fin liten uteplats och ett fint litet poolområde ( mycket litet). Härlig atmosfär och genuint.

Cons:

Väldigt litet rum. Fanns bara plats för en 160 cm säng och sedan inget mer. Ingen plats att hänga blöta badkläder eller träningskläder. Knappt några krokar eller hyllor. Blev trångt och opraktiskt ( vi hade dubbelrum med stadsutsikt och AC).

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Lage - mitten im Ort und ruhig gelegen in einer Seitenstraße -, das Personal, die Zimmer und das Frühstück waren exzellent. Wir können dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Klidný, čistý a milý hotel v centru Solleru.
Pros:

Excelentní poloha hotelu v centru Solleru vedle malého nádraží a zastávky tramvaje. Personál perfektní, snídaně pestré a dobré, ticho (pokoj s výhledem do zahrad a na hory), čisto. Pokud má host auto, musí počítat s placeným parkovištěm asi 500 m od hotelu, ale dá se parkovat i zadarmo na okraji centra (900 m pěšky).

The woman that checked us in was super kind and helpful, and one of the men that worked in the kitchen. Everyone else was blah. Location was great.

Outdated. Breakfast was not great. Filtered water not brought to room, had to personally ask for it each time.

A wonderful central location in this beautiful town, with an especially good breakfast

Cons:

At 5:30 one morning, not the fault of the hotel, there was prolonged loud shouting from a nearby Square which woke me and some other guests. I haven’t experienced this before at this hotel.

Hangulatos, remek ellátással
Pros:

Nagyon kedves személyzet, minden kérdésre volt válaszuk. Írásban gyorsan válaszoltak, ami nagyon szimpatikus volt. A parkolásban is segítettek, előre tájékoztattak, hogy hogy működik a parkolási rendszer. A sólleri villamos állomása pár lépésnyire van, és a belvárosi főtér is nagyon közel.
A reggeli bőséges volt, külön tetszett a frissen facsart narancslé. A szobák tiszták és hangulatosak voltak. Ha visszatérünk, biztos itt szállunk meg újra.
