وايضا موظف الاستقبال عند القدوم كان أكثر من رائع واسعدني الشباب السعودي بإحترافيتهم بالتعامل مع العملاء
فندقي في جدة دائما

عند طلب العشاء من المطعم
احضر النادل الشطة مستعملة على الرغم ان حجمها صغير وهذة اول مرة تحدث معي
وايضا لم يحضر ملاعق اكتفى بالشوكة والسكين؟
واحضرها عند الطلب مرة أخرى
وكذلك روب الحمام لم يكن موجود إلا بالطلب

Hotel staff are friendly and helpful, hotel is providing a wonderful service, location is great, near to the airport and shopping malls.
Special thank to duty manager Abdullah for professional way in dealing with guests and handling issues as well.

Cons:

There was painting job at car parking area (basement) which was unhealthy and inconvenience, hopefully hotel can manage the timing or location for such activity.
