En realidad todo, tiene areas para todo tipo muy comoda estar ahí totalmente relajante.

Algo muy minimo que estabamos en el jacuzzi y de repente empezo a caer agua de la ducha.

Très bel hôtel en el Cajón del Maipo, à quelques kilomètres de San José. Située dans un endroit très calme, la chambre était très bien et le personnel charmant. Le petit déjeuner était varié et copieux. Nous avons dîné un soir au restaurant et nous avons adoré !

Fue un regalo para mis padres, mi mamá al momento de ir hacia el hotel tuvo un accidente. Avisamos inmediatamente al hotel. Y no ofrecieron ninguna flexibilidad.

Cuando buscas un hotel, estás apostando a una experiencia, desconexión, reconectar, por lo tanto, si el hotel no tiene la mirada hacia el cliente, no lo recomendaría a nadie. Mejor buscar hoteles, con una mirada hacia el cliente, lamentablemente al parecer, es apostar por hoteles con más respaldo y capacidad. Ya que este hotel, que es caro, no tiene esa mirada. El alojamiento en sí cumple con todas lo publicado. Tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado, en un día muy frío, y la única solución fue ponernos una estufa que no calentaba nada. No se preocuparon de preguntar nuevamente si estábamos bien.

La habitación en general estaba muy limpia, se agradece el café y té de cortesía, elegimos la habitación con bañera de hidromasaje doble y funcionó muy bien. Muy amplia y cómoda. El restaurante, la comida y atención fue excelente. El desayuno muy completo y rico.

El ambiente pequeño y acogedor es muy agradable. Las comidas y desayuno son excelentes. La piscina, si bien es fresca tiene muy buen tamaño, y el entorno de la piscina es muy agradable para pasar una tarde tranquila.
