Great breakfast. Nice clean rooms. Hotel has character and charm. Beautiful setting. Nice views. Free Netflix. Good shower.
A bit expensive for what it is. Wife and I ordered an hour massage each. The massage was terrible. Two massage therapists. One is okay, one is very poorly trained. Started 30 minutes late. Expensive massage, poor quality. No technique, poor pressure. Was cold the whole time. Lady skipped half my body. When she was finished, didn’t say anything to me just put her coat on and got ready to leave. Worst massage experience ever!

La atención excelente. El lugar precioso. Se nota que cada detalle del entorno, del hotel, de la excelente comida y de la habitación está pensado para agradar al cliente. El desayuno exquisito y abundante, de acuerdo a la petición de cada uno.
No tengo nada de que quejarme.

La atención del personal fue excelente, muy amables. EL baño siempre limpio
La calefacción, la temperatura es muy baja y no se puede subir, la ducha duraba muy poco tiempo caliente, se enfriaba rápido.
En realidad todo, tiene areas para todo tipo muy comoda estar ahí totalmente relajante.
Algo muy minimo que estabamos en el jacuzzi y de repente empezo a caer agua de la ducha.
el desayuno muy bueno , el muchacho de la recepciin excelente , y el q nos ayudo con las maletas tambien muy amables.
el baño le hace falta un poco de renodelacion . pero en general todo bien

Très bel hôtel en el Cajón del Maipo, à quelques kilomètres de San José. Située dans un endroit très calme, la chambre était très bien et le personnel charmant. Le petit déjeuner était varié et copieux. Nous avons dîné un soir au restaurant et nous avons adoré !
