Bien, algo caro para lo poco que ofrece. Lo mejor es la habitación, el entorno es agradable.
Me sorprendió que al no tener limpieza ni servicio a la habitación, la habitación no contara con cubiertos y más aún estando en chile no tener cómo destapar un vino. No había saca corchos ni cómo pedirlo.
Más aún que si no te llevaste un agua y llegaste después de que cerró el restaurante no hay agua en la heladera para el consumo y tampoco te puedes comprar una. Totalmente vacía la heladera.
Es muy lindo el cajón del maipo. Fui a este hotel pensando que era de lo mejor de ahí. Fue flojo en general.

El check-out por solo 1 noche, puesto que el check-in fue a las 21:00 hrs, es mucho más recomendable llegar al lugar en la mañana.
Tdo mal/ no pudismo asistir y se noscobró unilateralemente, a pesar de avisar con antelación!

Great breakfast. Nice clean rooms. Hotel has character and charm. Beautiful setting. Nice views. Free Netflix. Good shower.
A bit expensive for what it is. Wife and I ordered an hour massage each. The massage was terrible. Two massage therapists. One is okay, one is very poorly trained. Started 30 minutes late. Expensive massage, poor quality. No technique, poor pressure. Was cold the whole time. Lady skipped half my body. When she was finished, didn’t say anything to me just put her coat on and got ready to leave. Worst massage experience ever!

Es muy acogedor y el restaurante queda abajo de las piezas, todo muy bueno y rico, 10/10 el jacuzzi que venia con la pieza
La atención excelente. El lugar precioso. Se nota que cada detalle del entorno, del hotel, de la excelente comida y de la habitación está pensado para agradar al cliente. El desayuno exquisito y abundante, de acuerdo a la petición de cada uno.
No tengo nada de que quejarme.
