Hotel molto carino vicino al paese (raggiungibile in 3-4 min di auto ma non comodamente raggiungibile a piedi). Camera molto bella e pulita. Staff gentilissimo e ottima colazione.

La Toscana es espectacular, Pienza es espectacular. Y este Hotel tiene todo para disfrutar ambos, pues a unos pasos de pienza sientes que estas en el campo de la Toscana. Los Anfitriones son super amables y la habitacion y cada espacio tiene detalles que lo hacen muy acojedor

O café da manhã é bom o quarto é confortável
O atendimento é muito ruim. Tivemos um problema no carro e chegamos 15 minutos após às 19:00h e fomos cobrados 40 euros a mais. Não houve qualquer empatia. Esqueci um item no quarto mas para me enviar para outra cidade dentro da Itália era mais caro que o valor do item.
Amazing local8sition 10 minute walk from Pienza, around batuful garden full of he4bs and flovers. Very nice stuff and cofirtable beds, very good breakfast both sweet and European version with eggs and bacon Amazing view from the whole residence ans specially swimming pool. Parking place available. It is perfect place to relax with friends oR Family, a lot of place to sit and enjoy the climate of the Toscany.
Nothing rally, the restaurant was not working but we have been before season.

Fomos muito bem recebidos, além de já ter tido uma boa comunicação pelo WhatsApp antes do checkin.
Fica praticamente dentro da cidade, um mix perfeito das paisagens a poucos kms de tudo que Pienza tem de melhor(cerca de 1 ou 2km - podendo até ir a pé por um atalho da pousada, fizemos isso na 1 noite e foi legal!)
Um ponto alto também da hospedagem é o café da manhã… maravilhoso, atendimento personalizado com uma simpatia de outro nível das funcionárias, que são um charme de senhorinhas.
Vale muito a pena conhecer esse lugar! Ah e ainda me deram uma indicação de restaurante em Pienza que foi onde comi a melhor massa da minha vida! 😍
A parte ruim é que só fiquei dois dias 🤣
Die Umgebung die Naturathosphäre das Zimmer
Die Präsenz der Rezeption bereits bei der Ankunft waren wir 1 stunde früher da das Zimmer war fertig nur mussten wir auf den Rezepzionist warten. Genau wie am Vorabend der Abreise habe ich niemanden erreicht . Das Hotel ist für Menschen die Unterstützung brauchen nicht geeignet.

L’emplacement est vraiment bien pour explorer la région notamment à pied ce qui était notre cas. La vue depuis la piscine est exceptionnelle et de toute beauté, l’endroit est vraiment calme et reposant. Le personnel du petit dej est charmant.
Les chambres de 1ere catégorie sont assez petite et manque de vue puisqu il y a des haies devant mais peut être que c est pour protéger du vent
Le fait qu il n’y ait pas d’accueil / personnel la en permanence la journée
Pas de confiture ou miel local au petit dej (qui est toutefois très bien) , sous boite plastique c est dommage dans un lieu où on produit beaucoup de choses délicieuses
