Csodálatos koncepció és környék, meseszép kilátással és vegetációval.

Lo spazio esterno.
Mancanza quasi totale di servizi e, soprattutto, di attenzione verso il cliente. Il personale è risultato praticamente sempre impegnato in altre attività, difficilmente reperibile e non rispondeva al telefono né richiamava.
Le camere, oltre a essere piuttosto piccole, sono molto rumorose. Io soggiornavo in una camera con giardino: l’insonorizzazione delle porte è assolutamente inadeguata e al mattino si sentono le persone parlare come se fossero all’interno della stanza. Inoltre, avendo la sala colazioni proprio al piano superiore, dalle 7:30 dormire diventa decisamente complicato per chi ha il sonno anche solo minimamente leggero.
Ciò che ho trovato ancora più grave, però, è stata la totale mancanza di interesse nei confronti dell’ospite: al check-out nessuno dello staff si è preoccupato di chiedere come fosse andato il soggiorno. Un atteggiamento che, purtroppo, mi è sembrato perfettamente in linea con la scarsa attenzione al cliente riscontrata durante tutta la permanenza.
Considerando una tariffa di oltre 350 € a notte, appena dopo Ferragosto, mi aspettavo un livello di servizio, comfort e attenzione decisamente superiore. A queste cifre credo si possa trovare molto di meglio, praticamente sotto ogni aspetto.
Immerso nel verde, con una vista sulla val d'Orcia invidiabile. Il percorso a piedi fino al centro di Pienza molto comodo. La piscina una vera chicca.
La reception non è fisicamente presente nel primo pomeriggio, fino alle 15.30, orario di checkin, quindi non ci è stato possibile ottenere un check in anticipato.
Un séjour parfait au cœur de la Toscane ! 🇮🇹
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hébergement. Tout était vraiment parfait : un endroit extrêmement calme, très propre et parfaitement entretenu.
La piscine est magnifique, propre et très agréable, avec surtout une vue incroyable sur la vallée d’Orcia. Un vrai bonheur pour se détendre et profiter du paysage toscan.
L’emplacement est également idéal : on peut rejoindre Pienza à pied grâce à un petit chemin, très bien indiqué par le propriétaire. C’est vraiment pratique pour profiter de la ville sans avoir à prendre la voiture.
Nous avons adoré le calme, la propreté, la vue et la situation. Une très belle adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter et où nous reviendrions avec grand plaisir !
Absolutely stunning accommodation and location. We were blown away. Proper Tuscan holiday. Also perfect location with a short walk into Pienza and also very close to other locations like Montepulchiano, Val D'Orcia and Gladiator hot spots! The views here were incredible too.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is amazing with a wonderful view over the area. It was very quiet. I definitely can recommend this.
