The stay was amazing - friendly staff, beautiful, spacious and clean rooms

My stay was great - the check-in was however a bit slow thus congesting that reception area with only two fantastic ladies assisting

Cons:

There were school children who were harrassing us with phone calls to the room landline, running down the passage and knocking at our door during the night. Tried to call reception for assistance multiple times, there was no response. We were not able to sleep because of this

Not the best place to celebrate as they don’t put any effort

Cons:

I was there to celebrate my birthday with my family and you didn’t do anything in this regard when I asked you to make it special on my booking! It was disappointing. The carpets in the room we not clean and the bathroom door was not closing
