I would recommend this hotel over and over again

We were not provided with water in the rooms. One of the plugs was not working and the blankets provided have seen better days. Bedding did not feel any clean.

Great location since it’s close to the mall, very quiet and clean.

There’s space in the rooms and they’re clean

Cons:

Hot water is a problem, you have to wait like 5+ minutes before you can get them. If you’re rushing somewhere it can be a problem

It was close to the mall and breakfast was up to standard.
Rerseved 2 rooms, one for adults and the other for our older kids. My kids reported aircon and were immediately moved to another room. Staff is excellent. Very close to Emirates/Auckland park stadium for Boks match!
