Pros:

Enquanto não resolverem o problema da cobrança duplicada, não gostei de nada. Fico com a impressão que caí em um golpe dos grandes. Hotel não me responde mais, nem a Booking. Quando o problema for resolvido posso ter claro o que gostei no hotel.

Cons:

Fizeram cobrança duplicada. Ao chegar no hotel a Booking já havia cobrado o preço dos quartos, a atendente me fez pagar novamente argumentando que a Booking devolveria o valor já pago. Já são mais de 60 dias, inúmeros contatos e o problema ainda não foi resolvido. O Hotel não responde as mensagens que mando. A Booking exige um documento do hotel, mesmo eu já tendo mandado todos os documentos que exigiram na primeira reclamação.

It was a average stay as during check in itself they created lot of confusions, we paddled along

As specifically mentioned in our request, we were at hotel property at 08:00 P.M. local time on May, 20th. Even at a delayed arrival, we were informed that rooms weren't ready and asked us wait for more than an hour. After a tiring day long journey from India to China, this was totally unexpected. The staffs were very much lethargic even after waiting for more than an hour which completely spoiled our expectations. Request to establish a transparent information to the guests for better preparations from our side. This was totally unexpected from a established property management group like Mercure
