Agréable séjour et je reviendrai volontiers à Porto
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé pour aller visiter Porto
J’étais au 3 ème étage avec une petite terrasse
J’ai super bien apprécié Seul problème pas d’ascenseur mais la maman d’Adriana m’a monté mon bagage qui était bien lourd
De plus leur accueil est agréable on peut dialoguer
Elles peuvent nous indiquer des endroits ou bien avec le plan nous indiquer où il faut aller

Cons:

Rien car impossible d’installer un ascenseur

Great Location
Pros:

Really nice room - with a small "working area" i the window which was very useful - central location not very far from the old town

Cons:

There is no lift - BUT - staff very helpful with bags but I guess you are not so mobile it would be a problem - if not then it's a really nice staircase

The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

Television didn’t work very well and the screen flickered so much it was unwatchable. The alarm clock in the neighbouring bedroom went off at 6:15 am and kept going for 45 minutes. There was negligible soundproofing between the two rooms and it only stopped when I started banging back on the wall and presumably our sleepy neighbour woke up.
