Amables, tranquilo, limpio
Pros:

El trato inmejorable. Nos dejaron ingresar mucho antes de la hora contratada. Todo muy limpio, ordenado y sobretodo pudimos descansar, no sentimos ningún ruido. No tiene ascensor pero fueron muy amables en ayudarnos a subir la maleta, es más nos cambiaron a la primera planta cuando nos tocaba en la cuarta planta. Bien ubicado, caminando se llega a los sitios turísticos.

excelente localização. cama confortável, com um bom tamanho. calmo e silencioso, ouvimos muito pouco barulho da rua e dos restantes quartos. funcionários muito simpáticos e prestáveis!

Pros:

静かで安全そうな地域、ホテルの部屋はホコリひとつ落ちていなくて超清潔、スタッフは親切だった。
往年の手入れの行き届いたホテルという感じ。
またポルトに来たら泊まりたいと思う。
2分歩いたバス停から空港まで一本で行けた。

Cons:

バスタブがあったのに、栓がなくてバスタブを使えなかったので、友達ががっかりしていた。

Très bonne adresse
Pros:

Notre chambre etait très calme et donnait sur l'arrière de l'hôtel, la literie est confortable, tout est très propre et le personnel accueillant et très aimable. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent. Nous recommandons !

Volveríamos encantados
Pros:

La gente es maravillosa, cómo en casa. La cama comodísima, mucha presión de agua en la ducha. Todo muy limpio y nos dieron todas las facilidades para hacer nuestra estancia cómoda.
