Wonderful place / hidden gem / we will be back!
Pros:

We were so happy that we found this place because it is a hidden gem. The location was perfect, the room was perfect, the bed was comfortable, the pool was perfect, breakfast was yummy, and the owners are so friendly, helpful, and nice! We are so grateful for their hospitality. We will be back next year!!!

Cons:

The wifi wasn’t always great but it was a minor inconvenience.

Lugar tranquilo y personal amable, aunque podría mejorar en ciertos aspectos el servicio
Pros:

Los dueños son bastantes amables, el lugar es tranquilo, tiene una piscina refrescante, las habitaciones están limpias y tienen balcón, precio-calidad está bien.

Cons:

La vista del balcón no es ideal, justo al frente y al lado no hay construcción y se ve solo pasto o malezas, también hay bastantes lagartijas, incluso habían en nuestra habitación aunque nunca paso nada.

El desayuno se agradece, aunque es bastante precario, solo 1 opción y uno no queda satisfecho, pero se entiende que también es un alojamiento de bajo costo.

Por último, nosotros nos alojamos 8 noches, el personal siempre amable pero nos hubiera gustado que al menos nos hubieran cambiado ropa de cama y toallas 1 o 2 veces en la estadía, solo me preguntaron el día anterior a irnos y ya era innecesario.

Igualmente Precio-calidad está bien, aunque pueden seguir mejorando totalmente.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft etwas außerhalb von Hoi An in ruhiger Lage.
Zimmer und Personal sehr gut.
Wir konnten auch einen Roller mieten

100% recommended. 💛 We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Blake Hoi An. The room was always spotless, fresh, and very comfortable, with a lovely balcony. Steve and Hien were incredibly kind and made us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious, the pool was perfect for relaxing, and they also offer free bicycles and motorbike rentals. The location is excellent, close to the Old Town, a supermarket, and the beach. We originally booked 6 nights but ended up extending our stay for another week. We would definitely stay here again!

I hope other travelers enjoy this wonderful place as much as we did. 😊

Er zijn 2 airconditionings op de kamer die echt wel handig zijn op zo een warme dagen.

Perfect for relaxing days
Pros:

We felt very comfortable at Villa Blake Hoi An! We stayed there for over a week and can highly recommend it. The house and the room were always clean; if you wanted, they would clean every day (though we didn’t take advantage of that). The room was very spacious, as was the balcony. The bed was comfortable, and there was a TV with access to YouTube and movies. The location was perfect for us—just a 10-minute bike ride to the beach! You could borrow bikes for free from the house :) For breakfast, you could choose something from the menu; everything was very tasty, and there was coffee! There's also a pool, but we didn't use it.
The area is very quiet—perfect for us! It takes 15 minutes to get to the old town by scooter.

Pros:

- La gentillesse du couple qui tient l'hébergement
- La propreté, le confort et la décoration de la chambre
- Le balcon équipé d'une table et de deux chaises pour se poser
- La piscine très agréable par fortes chaleurs
- La possibilité de louer un scooter pour se rendre dans le centre
- Le petit déjeuner, très bon

Cons:

- Le banana pancake est super bon mais un peu petit, ajouter quelques fruits pour avoir un petit déjeuner complet serait super.

Pros:

An amazing place to stay! The hosts are so kind and friendly and make sure you feel right at home. This beautiful accommodation is just away from the busy centre, but still so easy to get around. Bicycles are provided to use and the beach is only a 10-15 minute ride away. Every morning a home made breakfast was provided and was always cooked to perfection. The rooms are clean, well maintained and very comfortable. I could not speak more highly of Blake Villa and the lovely hosts. Thank you so much for having me here!
