So dated and the beds were so uncomfortable
Staff were disengaged and not interested at all in helping us to check in. Room cards didn’t even work had to take my suitcase back to the lobby to get new cards and they seemed annoyed. No iron or water in rooms. Extremely noisy and the window didn’t shut. Blind in the bathroom was covered in mould. No bath mats, so dangerous getting out of the shower can’t believe I didn’t slip.

Num hotel em frente à praia o serviço de limpeza do lobby e dos elevadores deveria ser feito com maior regularidade. Estavam permanentemente com areia e água, já que os hóspedes entravam molhados vindos da praia e da piscina. O pequeno almoço tem muito pouca opçao de comida internacional. Reforço que estamos a falar de um hotel com classificação 5 estrelas.

The Presidential Suite did not have a minibar, unlike the other rooms in the hotel which did. However, when I checked out, the staff told me they needed to inspect the room to check whether I had used anything from the minibar, despite there not being one in my room.

The staff were generally quite rude, and communication was extremely difficult as many staff members did not speak English. On several occasions, when I called reception from the hotel phone and they could not understand me, they would simply hang up rather than trying to assist.

I also ordered room service multiple times. On a few occasions, I placed an order and the food simply never arrived. When it did arrive, there were several times when the food was already cold.

For a Presidential Suite, I was also disappointed with the lack of basic amenities. The kitchen was not stocked with any cutlery, and there was no soap provided in the kitchen.

Overall, the service was very disappointing. The room itself may have been nice, but the poor communication, rude staff, missing amenities, issues with room service, and the unnecessary minibar check at checkout made the experience much worse than I expected.

The sauna in my room was broken. And on booking it said I had access and paid for vip breakfast and dinner on a specific floor then when we went there the entire floor was empty no table or chairs no staff, it looked like they began doing reservations but never was bothered to finish them. Then when I asked they said breakfast was served on the standard breakfast floor with the rest of the guests. Which I paid for that vip service which I did not receive, it feels like I had been scammed

The hotel says it offered and adds photos of karaoke rooms and tennis courts but when we went to use them they were not functional, when I asked a staff near by he didn’t speak English but just kept laughing and saying no no no, which I assume because he has to say the same thing to guests every day.

Le petit déjeuner n’est pas bon, cela ressemble plus à un buffet salé du midi avec des spécialités asiatiques. Il n’y a ni croissants, ni pains au chocolat, juste un gâteau pas très bon, aucune crêpe ou pancake. À partir du 2eme jour, bien que nous avions le petit déjeuner inclus, nous allions le prendre à l’extérieur, il y a Starbucks à quelques mètres
Les salles de bains sont équipées d’une baignoire dont le rebord est plus haut que la paillasse carrelée autour, donc automatiquement l’eau ruisselle sur la paillasse puis le long du tablier de baignoire puis coule au sol de la salle de bains où heureusement il y a une grille d’évacuation des eaux au sol. J’ai fait beaucoup d’hôtels dans ma vie, je crois n’avoir jamais vu quelque chose d’aussi stupide mais bon ça fonctionne tout de même.
La piscine ferme entre 11h et 14h, je ne sais pas pourquoi, c’est très ennuyeux.
Enfin le rooftop au dernier étage est sous exploité il n’y à personne donc aucune ambiance

The hotel was very old and run down. We had issues with the toilet.

Elevator is shocking and needs to be fixed waited 15 minutes for it and too many people , roof top bar is dead and quiet, pool was okay. breakfast was not good and did not have much .Staff are not very helpful.

Paid for late checkout, the hotel didn't write it down and charged me a second time. The room had these weird little bugs, luckily not on the bed but on the glass table.

Not a fan of the carpet in the rooms. They show stains and either need a serious cleaning or changed. They should actually tile or laminate the floors.
