The low price (USD 90 per night) comes with its downsides
Pros:

Great location. We had a sea facing room on the 29th
Very spacious rooms.

Cons:

We had 5 rooms between friends.
- corridor noise in the middle of the night
- no way to keep the water in the bathtub.... design flaw,.... loads of water on the floor
- aircons were terrible
- staff was specially rude if you asked for extra key cards
- lifts and lobby not air-conditioned

Tôi rất thich phong cách nhã nhặn, hòa dồng và tận tụy phục vụ của các cô nhân viên tiếp tân, dặc biệt là các Cô như Phương-Nhi-Vy và Yến dả gây nhiều ấn tượng về cách chuyên nghiệp phục vụ hăng say, nhiệt tình và luôn luôn tươi cười vui vẻ. Chính vì những diều này và tôi dả dăng ký tiếp tục ở lại khách sạn năy thêm vài ngày.

Vệ sinh bẩn, khăn cũ , cửa nhà tắm thì bong tróc ẩm ướt hỏng hết bên dưới chân nhìn ghê ghê, các bạn HK dọn có vẻ lười nhác và khó tính, lau sàn nhà tắm còn nguyên bẩn vùng dưới chậu rửa mặt, dưới gầm giường còn có khăn bẩn ko biết bị rơi vào từ bao giờ , dọn ko hút bụi thảm nhiều cát, rửa chân xong ko đi dép mà đi chân trần leo lên giường thì cát rơi đầy ra ga,. Phòng của mình có 1 lọ xả tóc, 2 lọ sữa tắm. Không dầu gội đầu. M có gặp bạn HK nhờ đổi cho lọ sữa tắm sang dầu gội. Bạn ko đổi và bảo ko có lọ, 2 lọ đó 1 là dầu gội, 1 sữa tắm xếp theo thứ tự😂. Kết quả là khách phải tự mua dầu gội.

Vị trí tốt, phòng khá rộng đẹp

Cons:

Thang máy không tối ưu tầm giờ sáng, chiều tối. Cả đợi thang và xuống tới tầng 1,2 mất tầm 15-20 phút.
Ăn sáng đơn điệu món. Khách đông nhưng tầm 9h kém 10 đã hết một số món mặn và không bổ sung thêm.

ksan view nhìn thẳng ra biển rất đẹp nha, các bạn nhân viên cũng dễ thương và rất support, từ lúc mình đặt qua app và nhờ các bạn hỗ trợ, từ trước khi đến ở và trong cả quá trình ở ksan lun nha (có nhớ mấy bạn tên Nga, Nhi, Mai và Yến oke lắm á) mình cần thêm dịch vụ giường phụ nên nhờ bạn Nhi làm cũng nhanh nhẹn lắm

thang máy thấy các reviews nói hơi chậm nhưng thực ra không chậm đâu nha, tại do nhiều phòng nhiều tầng nên bị đông chờ lâu á. Tuy nhiên thì cơ sở vật chất như tủ, cửa… cũng hơi cũ thiệc, không phải cũ kiểu bẩn đâu mà như có 1 phòng mình đặt (đoàn mình 5 phòng) thì cửa tủ không mở được, và 1 phòng khác thì cửa ra vào hơi kẹt. Và quầy buffet sáng mình thấy hơi đậm đà xíu 🥲

Nice stay on the opposite side with Paradise beach club
Pros:

The location is superb with a close distance to the front beach of My An; very nice view with this type of room booked with angle view on both sides in a wide frame of glass window!

Cons:

The air con is old, which is not healthy for the small children. It is too dry, without modern way of refreshing the air.
The staff at the returning card of checking out is not good; she is too cold (saying nothing) even i am returning the key at the very beginning of the day!
