Second time staying here and will continue to do so for the location, view and price. The Grand Suites are corner units
Pros:

You absolutely cannot beat the location and view.

Cons:

Not a fan of the carpet in the rooms. They show stains and either need a serious cleaning or changed. They should actually tile or laminate the floors.

Pros:

The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location and the ocean view. Being right in front of My Khe Beach, the scenery is absolutely beautiful, especially from the higher floors.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was below my expectations. The breakfast had very limited variety and the quality was disappointing. We also found ants inside our room, which was unpleasant. In addition, the front desk staff were not very friendly or welcoming.
If your priority is an amazing beach view and easy access to My Khe Beach, this hotel is worth considering. However, if you expect good service, cleanliness, and a satisfying breakfast from a 5-star hotel, you may be disappointed.

For the money I spent I would never go back or recommend Muong Thanh Luxury Da Nang.

The only think I like was the location of the hotel.

Cons:

The front staff was not friendly at all. A few of the staff have poor customer service skills. I did not feel welcome when I checked in. Another staff member harassed one of our members for a review, which was very annoying. The lobby was hot, the front door was broken, and a small door was open for entry and exit. The toilet was not working properly (I got the grand suite). The elevator system was the worst I’ve used in my entire life. It took us more than 20 mins to get down to ground level from level 11
At around 7 a.m.- 9 a.m. The property needs some updates. The regular double room was so small and stuffy. Bonus, the breakfast buffet was not good either.

Go only if you don't mind waiting for the elevators. Everything else was nice.
Pros:

The seaview was really beautiful. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Dated but clean rooms.

Cons:

The elevators were horrendous!! It took 40 mins to wait for an elevator to take me from the 29th floor to the lobby for check out. Left the room at 8am, only got to the lobby at 840am... it felt like I was queuing for a theme park ride and everyone was trying to squeeze into the elevator. Lol

Check in was a mess too.. could see that the staff were overwhelmed and trying to do their best to serve everyone.

Cons:

My suite has a spectacular view. Apart from that nothing else is good. Housekeeper did not replenish toilet rolls and shower gel. The lobby, lifts, rooftop bar and hallway are like a sauna. The lifts were especially uncomfortable. The hotel is saving electricity at the expense of guests comfort. It supposed to be 5-star but room service not available after 11pm. Hotel is in an excellent location but I would choose another hotel along this road the next time I visit.

Cons:

Sàn nhà lau chưa sạch. Toà nhà bên cạnh khách sạn đang sửa chữa nên ban ngày quá ồn, không thể nghỉ ngơi được. Phòng không cách âm tốt nên nghe rõ tiếng nói chuyện từ phòng bên cạnh vào ban đêm đến tận khuya.
