Pros:

The location was really good. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

The shower door did not open, someone had to come to our room, got the door opened but really couldn't help us. We just left it open all night. The juice machine was not working.

The rooms were clean and nice.

Cons:

The shower door was stuck. Had to have staff member come and open it. Had to put liquid soap on it so we could use the shower.

Cons:

We were booked for two nights however, had to leave a day early due to illness of one of our travelers. Checked out before 11:00 am and was not offered a refund for the one night.

Good stay
Pros:

The breakfast was good. Great staff. Very welcoming. Good location. Family friendly but no dogs allowed. Very cool environment. Bed is comfy and rooms are good size.

Cons:

Small pool. No hot tub. Pool was out of service for over 8hrs before it was fixed

Nice hotel
Pros:

Room was very conf9rtable however they were having key 8ssues. We got a working key as we were checking out. Nice shower

Non working keys and one luggage cart for the entire hotel.

Pros:

Nice maintenance man helped fix an issue with the room

Cons:

Room smelled funny, shower curtain was way to short and water got everywhere if you weren’t paying attention. The pool was so so small, pictures make it look average size, it’s not.
