満足しております。
Pros:

平日利用だった為、以前祝祭日の料金と比較してもお得感が有った。＊祝祭日は優良予約サイトで探してもかなり高い。

Cons:

チェックアウト時に荷物を預かって頂き、市内観光後後に引き取りに参りました、保管場所はホテルロビーの１階レストラン内でした、せめて目隠し用の対策（網掛け・目隠しカバー）をして頂くか？出入りの方から見えない場所へ保管して頂れば安心でした。荷物内の紛失物はありませんでした。以前から何回も利用させて頂いていますが今回は少し気になりましたので意見を書かせて頂きます。

道路の騒音以外は快適でした

お部屋が広く素敵なデザイン。暑い日でしたが、チェックイン前からお部屋の空調も調整されていて快適に過ごせました。

駅前で便利な立地ではありますが、ベッドが大通りに面しており夜中中車や、緊急車両の音が響きわたっていました。

Cons:

風呂場がガッカリです。①洗い場4、シャワー1とそう多くないのに排水が追いついておらず、洗い場は常に足元が詰まった排水に浸かった状態でした。②洗い場の数が足りてなく、結果サウナ後の汗をながす目的と思われるシャワーは、洗い場にして使っ
ているお客さんが 占領し、結果湯船で汗を流している。良いサウナなのに残念です。③脱衣場の長椅子と小さめのマッサージチェアは不要と思います。ロッカーは12人分あっても実際に着替えられるのはるのは3~4人が限度。

Pros:

Great location being super close to the train station. Staff were very lovely. The bed and pillows were also very good.

Cons:

Unfortunately our room smelled like cigarette smoke (all of the 4th floor did), despite booking a non-smoking room.

期待ハズレだった。
Pros:

ウェルカムドリンクがあり、朝食が良かった。

Cons:

エレベーターが一台しかないので、
待ち時間が長かった。
お風呂も地下にあり、混みあっていて、スパと、いわりにお風呂が小さかった。

不愉快であった

2泊目の21時頃エアコンが壊れてしまい,応急処置で一時的に稼働していたが再度故障し動かない状態になってしまった.深夜3時頃気づきフロントへ連絡したが修理はできず小型の冷風扇風機2台の貸出対応をされた.6時頃再度フロントへ連絡し業務用の冷風機?のようなものを貸し出された. エアコンの故障について夜間のスタッフから昼のスタッフへ引き継ぎがされておらず再度説明を行わなければならなかった.
室温が30度を超える状態で一晩過ごさなければならなかった.とても暑かった.
チェックアウト時に,フロントスタッフより謝罪とフェイスタオル1枚,冷感おしぼり1本を人数分貰った.
今回の被害は5割以上の返金対象になる事案だということを知った.今回宿泊したのはスイートルームであり受け取ったものがそれに見合うとは思えない.
部屋移動の提案はなく,真夏に冷風扇風機2台というお粗末な対応.返金等の提案は一切されなかったことが残念だった.
