La ubicación, la terraza, la tranquilidad y el desayuno.
La neverita no enfriaba (lo cual se informó in situ) y recomendaría poner una escobilla en el baño.

La habitación con terraza muy limpia y cuidada. Agradecimos el aire acondicionado.
Probamos el spa, incluido en la reserva, con 6 piscinas y saunas muy bien, además nos invitaron a ir un segundo día por encima. También el masaje relajante, que se nos quedo corto, ya que nos gustó mucho.
Destacar la atención de Olatz en la recepción y del camarero Jonnatan en el restaurante. Nos quedamos sorprendidos con la cena (brócoli, pulpo y chuleta) merece la pena totalmente probarlo.
El personal fue espectacular. Tuvieron muchos detalles con nosotros, como por ejemplo subirnos una botella de champán y una nota de felicitación por el cumpleaños de mi pareja. Fue un detallazo. El trato en recepción, en el spa y en el bar, especialmente el de Pilar, fue de 10. Sin duda, volveremos. ¡Muchas gracias por todo!
La recepcionista Olatz nos ayudó muy bien cuando teníamos un problema para aparcar. Apreciamos muchísimo su amabilidad. Y por lo demás todo fue muy bien. Habitación preciosa, ubicación del hotel maravillosa etc. Seguramente volveremos algún día.

Wonderful staff.
For such an expensive stay we were disappointed by a few things. Firstly, no ability to make tea/ hot drinks in room. We had to ask specially for a kettle and received one but without cups. The officious messaging beforehand was really off putting. There was no huge queue when we arrived and it would have been perfectly possible to register when we had arrived rather than go to the effort to do this on line when we were travelling. We were told we had to book our daily pool time and breakfast times, yet the place was virtually empty.

lo unico que podria decir malo es que pague por dos pero eso no es culpa del hotel
El trato fue de 10, hasta nos pusieron una habitación mejor que la que habíamos reservado.
