Awesome!
Pros:

The building was nice and clean, the area has endless food options! Colombian, Mexican, Ecuadorian, and countless other kinds of food as far as the eye can see! If I'm back in New York I would be more than happy to stay here again!

Not good but not terrible given the night and the location
Pros:

I mean it was a place to sleep and it was not terrible

Cons:

There were cigarette holes in the sheets. There were various stains on the floor and the curtains. Actually this stay was not terrible from my point of view for a convenient one night. But I can see how if someone was staying here for a long spell it will be really underwhelming. Suitable for one night but not for visiting NYC properly.
