Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé, le personnel et souriant agréable et à votre service, on mange très bien, le patron est d’une gentillesse incroyable toujours à répondre à la moindre demande, très bonne adresse vous pouvais y aller les yeux fermer 🫡

Brilliant and pretty much faultless
Pros:

The staff went above and beyond for us, the location was good as we took our 2 young girls so we wasn’t amongst the hustle and bustle, cleaners came everyday

Cons:

Probably the only thing would be that at night the lights on the reception would shine very bright through to both the appartments bedrooms through the curtains

Great stay, amazing host and very convenient motorbike rental — highly recommended!
Pros:

Seb, the owner, was an amazing host very friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. He made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The property was nice clean and in a great location in Patong. We also rented a motorbike directly from Seb, which was super convenient and made exploring Phuket much easier

الشقه عباره عن غرفتين وصاله ومطبخ ودورة مياه ، ومجدده من الداخل ، حصلت مشكله في الشقه وقاموا بتغييرها ا فورا لشقه اخرى ، صاحب الفندق فرنسي واعتذر عن المشكله التي حصلت ومتعاون جدا واعطاني مهله لتسجيل الخروج الساعه الرابعه دون مقابل وقدم لي نصائح للمناطق السياحيه المناسبه ، مناسبه جدا للشباب وكل شي قريب منك من بقاله وصرف عملات وصيدليه ، الموظفون متعاونون جدا والنظافه جيده . وسعرها مناسب جدا .

احيانا لاتجد موظفون الاستقبال ، ولكن عند الاتصال يتجاوبون بسرعه ، وهناك بار قريب منه وصوت الموسيقى عالي في وقت الليل

Absolument tout, hotel familial, chaleureux, acceuillant, le personnel vaut un 5* , des femmes de chambres au barman , ils sont tous très professional, chambre propre, avec tout ce qu on a besoin, sauna a la piscine, le proprietary de l etablissement hyper sympathique, vous aidera volontier, on se croirait a la maison. L emplacement est ideal, pres de restaurants juyceylon, central, bangla road. Le rapport quality prix le meilleur que j ai trouvé auprès de plus de 200 etablissements visits en asie sud est. La salle de bain impeccable et douche chaude ce qui n est pas toujours le cas ici.. mention spéciale aussi a la cuisinière qui prépare des plats succulent, cuisine française, italienne et thai, les petits dejeuners aussi sont fabuleux comme le café segafredo.

Pros:

A nice, clean, well run hotel with a great pool, and a steam sauna. Plus a great breakfast. The room was basic but the bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and eager to help.

Cons:

It's on a very busy, narrow street with no real footpath. It's 20 mins walk to town and you have to be very careful as a pedestrian.
