Ausstattung und Service entsprechen nicht einem 4-Sterne Standard
Pros:

Die Lage am Nord-Ostsee-Kanal ist natürlich das Beste am Hotel. Vor allem, wenn man ein Zimmer mit Balkon am Ende der Zeile hat, wo man direkten Blick auf den Kanal hat.

Cons:

Am Sonntag hatte das Restaurant geschlossen, wodurch man in der Stadt nach Alternativen suchen musste.
Das Badezimmer war sehr nüchtern und spartanisch eingerichtet und hatte außer den üblichen Seifen-und Lotion Spendern keine zusätzlichen Toilettenartikel, wie z.B. Duschkappe etc. Das ist nicht angemessen für ein Viersterne Hotel!
Bezüglich des Frühstücks hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass die Tische eingedeckt wären. Blanke Holztische mit einen Besteckkorb darauf, der mit sehr billigen Papierservietten bestückt war, haben etwas von einem "Imbiss Niveau".
Das Frühstücksbüfett war in Ordnung aber auch nichts Besonderes.

Für 191 € ohne Frühstück ist dieses Hotel keine 4 Sterne wert, nie wieder, Abzocke

Der Parkplatz an dem Hotel

Preis für die erbrachte Leistung nicht akzeptabel.
Auf der Homepage Frühstück inbegriffen, Realität 23€ pro Person, Bar geschlossen öffnet nur nach Bedarf??
Zimmerausblick auf Dach, Ventilator, katastrophal.
Essengerüche bei offenem Fenster immens.
Dusche aus den 70er übergeblieben, nicht mehr zeitgemäß.
Geräuschdämmung in den Zimmern nicht vorhanden, man hört alles aus den Nachbarzimmern
Restaurant nach lesen der Kritiken nicht besucht

Das man als Hotelgast evtl. nicht die Möglichkeit bekommt, das Restaurant zu nutzen.

Disappointing stay in lovely hotel
Pros:

Modern rooms
Lovely setting
Comfortable beds

Cons:

The restaurant was closed which was very disappointing specially as we were asked if we wanted to reserve a table.
The check in girl was about as unwelcoming as possible
No good evening all she wanted to know is how I wanted to pay

Auf den ersten Blick unterschätzt man vielleicht den Inhalt. Unbedingt die inneren Vorteile testen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück ist ganz toll. Sowohl vom Raum her, mit Blick auf den Kanal. Wobei man im Sommer drinnen oder überdacht draußen frühstücken kann. Auch die Auswahl an Speisen und die schön kreierten Salate bereichern des Buffet.

Cons:

Sehr gut. Auch die Bar ist schön, es war nur schade, dass die Bar so früh schließt und man keinen Kühlschrank mit Zahlung hat, auf den man in der schönen Räumlichkeit dann zurück greifen könnte.

Super Lage mit mega Aussicht

Die Lage ist optimal, direkt am Kanal. Das Bett ist super. Unser Zimmer war sehr nett eingerichtet und sehr sauber.

Cons:

Die Dusche war nicht ganz dicht. Nach dem Duschen war das Bad sehr nass.
Der Kühlschrank funktionierte nicht.
