Enttäuschend für ein Hotel dieser Klasse

Die Lage am Nord-Ostsee Kanal
Check In lief gut
Das hoteleigene Duschgel riecht sehr gut
Handtücher schön groß und flauschig

Cons:

Die Zimmer haben keine Klimaanlage, es wird drückend heiß. Die Lüftung im Bad funktioniert nicht, so dass die feuchte heiße Luft drin steht

Im Bad und an den Fenstern sind Schimmel und Schmutz.
Die Einrichtung Türen etc wirkten ramponiert

Die Kaffeeautomaten am Frühstücksbuffet waren ausgefallen. Es gab nur einen Schmierzettel wo drauf stand „defekt“ Es stand nichts davon dass Kaffee in Kannen angeboten wird. Es wäre besser gewesen zu schreiben „leider sind die Kaffeemaschinen defekt, bitte bedienen sie sich an den bereitstehenden Kannen“

Der Kaffee in den Kannen war stark und Kaffeesatz war dann in den Tassen. Das Personal wirkte überfordert.

Viel Licht mit etwas Schatten
Pros:

Zimmer mit Ausblick auf den Kanal lohnt sich!
Beim Frühstück gutes Käseangebot und außergewöhnlich viele Salate und Antipasti.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück fehlten akzeptable entcoffeinierte Angebote. Es gab lediglich Instantkaffee, den wir ungenießbar fanden.
Der Frühstücksraum hatte leider keinen schönen Ausblick.

Schönes Hotel für Zwischenübernachtung oder Kurzurlaub.
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr schön, Parkplatz kein Problem.

Cons:

Restaurant im Haus sehr speziell, hauptsächlich Tapas. Frühstücksraum sehr kalte Temperatur durch Klimaanlage und die Stühle sind unbequem und sollten ausgetauscht werden.
