Kellemes szállás a városban, gyalogosan körbejárható a város.
Pros:

Tranzitszállásként használtuk, így tökéletes helyen volt az autópályától nem messze. Az esti városnézéshez jó kiindulópont. A saját parkolója kiváló. Kedves személyzet. Online bejelentkezés is gördülékenyen ment.

Ottima sistemazione per una visita veloce a Palmanova
Pros:

Accoglienza professionale e "snart". Ottima dialettica "friendly" alla reception, pur rimanendo nell'ambito lavrativo e non superando il limite invesivo. Ottimo! Buona la colazione, ampia scelta, seppur mancante di qualche alimento un pò più fit. Ottimo il servizio, che mi ha prontamente risolto una mia necessità, fornendomi la scelta di due Bowl in cui poter mescolare alcuni miei personali alimenti (proteine in polvere) allo yogurth.

Cons:

Il parcheggio, essendo scoperto, seppur chiuso da un cancello, non giustifica il suo costo, Poichè nelle vicinanze esistono parcheggi liberi gratuiti. Consiglio di creare una copertura per riparare dalle intemperie (spesso in Friuli può grandinare), o semplicemente riparare dal sole.

I servizi. Arrivi a Palmanova in 🚂, 🚌Ci sono i mezzi x arrivare dalla stazione FS all'interno delle mura con 🚌ma c'è poca informazione, non è facile trovare la stazione delle corriere, gli orari non sono chiari e nemmeno le destinazioni. Più servizi e chiarezza aiutano i turisti. La città è amabile e sarebbe anche ben connesso con la regione.

Pros:

Good location. But the town is so small, everything is good location..

Cons:

I have payed everything is advance. And wanted to book parking which they asked before hand in WhatsApp and I let them know I would like to book it. The they of, they told me I have to give my debit card information to book it. I told them for me it’s not safe, the bank will block my card. I asked for an invoice so I can transfer or offered to pay in cash. They told me no. This is unreasonable, not customer friendly at all. Also rooms and not so clean.

Rádi využijeme hotel při cestě do Itálie znovu.

Pestrá snídaně, naprosto skvělá komunikace s recepcí ohledně check-in po 19:00. Krásné město-historická vojenská pevnost s plno malými restauracemi...

Top Lage, Guter Preis
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel, direkt im Zentrum von Palmanova, gegenüber einer wunderbaren Pizzeria, gleich in der Nähe vom Hauptplatz. Schöne Zimmer, gutes Essen und immer sehr nettes Personal und die Möglichkeit, gleich hinter dem Hotel zu parken für 10 €.

The phone number advertised as available 24/7 was never answered, even though I called five times. I also tried the other contact numbers, but no one answered.

The customer service was extremely poor. The breakfast was very disappointing, with no hot food available at all. Overall, the service did not meet even basic expectations.
