Super Frühstück, nettes Personal, tolle Lage und großzügiger Wellnessbereich, problemloses Parken

Cons:

Kühlschränke defekt (das Ersatzgerät war leider sehr klein), das Parken ist mit 14 Euro pro Tag relativ teuer, teilweise schlechtes WLAN und kein Mobilfunknetz im Hotel

Pros:

Überragend war die Lage! Das Hotel hat eine grosse Lounge die in einem ansprechenden Farbkonzept gehalten ist uns fliessend in die Bar übergeht.

Cons:

Das Personal war nicht besonders aufmerksam, desinteressiert und gelangweilt, cirallem an Rezeption, Restaurant und Bar. Das Perssonal beim Frühstück war, ebensi wie die Rwinigungskräfte der Zimmer, angenehmer

Pros:

Großartiges Frühstück. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Auch an Kinder ist liebevoll gedacht worden.
Besonders gefallen hat und der Pool und das Spa mit dem wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer.

Sehr angenehmes Hotel, wir kommen gern wieder.
Pros:

Sehr angenehmer, ruhiger Aufenthalt, netter Service, locker und relaxt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut, sehr große Auswahl, kein Gedränge nette Atmosphäre.

Cons:

Kleine Dinge haben wir vermisst, wie Minibar (Kühlschrank), Hausschuhe und Kosmetikartikel im Bad. Nicht gut war der Service an der Bar, dort stand schmutziges Geschirr lange auf dem Tresen, es dauerte alles sehr lange. Gläser wurden vom Personal oben mit der gesamten Handfläche angefasst und so serviert, Whisky wird in Sherrygläsern serviert. Das war kein 5 Sterne-Niveau.

Es war ein wunderschöner Kurzurlaub!
Pros:

Es war unser zweiter Besuch hier, und einfach alles war wundervoll! Besonders hervorzuheben ist das super freundliche Personal überall, das ist wirklich herausragend! Aber auch das Design, die Lage, das Frühstück, der Pool- hier passt von A-Z alles!

Cons:

Es fällt einem nur wenig auf, was besser sein könnte. Etwas mau war der winzige Haartrockner im Bad - bei langem Haar föhnt man sich den Arm taub, zumal der Föhn auch noch recht unkomfortabel in einer Schublade festgeschraubt ist. Und toll wären Wattestäbchen und -pads im Bad, aber im Spa-Bereich wurde ich dann fündig. :-)
