Good location for beachfront restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful.
No sound insulation. Very loud at night. We couldn't sleep. Laundry service over charge and identify clothing items in accurately and then charge much more. Breakfast not great and not enough tables for amount of guests and very tight spaced table spacing.

The hotel was in a great location, just across the street from the beach, and the street behind the hotel had lots of restaurants, shops, and spas.. Swimming was not allowed directly in front of the hotel, but there were very nice areas for swimming with plenty of cheap beach beds with umbrellas just a few minutes walk up or down the beach. Our room was facing the water and had spectacular views. The views from the rooftop pool were even better. The pool was quite small and had very few sunbeds, but it was usually uncrowded and great for a cooling dip or enjoying food and drinks from the pool bar. Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety, although the dining area was too small and crowded. The thirty minute foot massages included for free were a special treat. Everyone on staff was friendly and professional.
Our room was very comfortable and clean. Included buffet breakfast each day was great, breakfast had very good variety and selection of food and drinks. Loved the rooftop pool and the views from the pool, as well as the bar facilities for ordering drinks near the pool. All hotel staff were very friendly, polite, respectful and helpful. Great location with shops and restaurants close by and being across the road from the beach.
Our room could have had better views of the beach/sea. Perhaps 1 or 2 more varieties of juices each day during breakfast would have been great. The gym/fitness room could have been better equipped with some more free weights and equipment. The free hotel WiFi internet connection was too slow.
Ngoc was fantastic. I had a hot stone massage and hair wash. I highly recommend. The check in process treatment rooms and staff were all top notch!

Very nice hotel! Good service and very kind people. Also, a very nice pool at the top (19th) floor. Good restaurant as well
The street can be somewhat noisy as the hotel is on the main street. We had a “non-seaview” room on the 15th floor so it was okay. But can imagine lower floors might have a bit more noise.
We enjoyed the location. All staff from check in to housekeeping extremely friendly & couldn’t do enough for us.
Breakfast area not large enough to accommodate the number of guests.

Great and friendly staffs. Location is perfectly situated and central to beach access and great local food.
Breakfast at the hotel is excellent. What's awesome is the daily noodle dish served hot and fresh.
