Everything is good but not perfect
Pros:

Clean , friendly and good location

Cons:

We book a deluxe king bed but can’t give us our deserve room, and staff argue with us we didn’t book deluxe king bed rooms

Good price, a little noisy in the rooms
Pros:

It was clean and tidy, the staff were very helpful

Cons:

There was not enough lounge chairs at the pool and the music was very loud.
There was no double glazing on the windows so all the outsider noise could be heard at night

IRONMAN DaNang 出場のために利用しました。IRONMAN village目の前で最高なロケーションです。レース当日早朝4時にリクエストの朝食を用意してくれました（無料！）スタッフも皆親切で気持ちのいいホテルでした。並びにリーズナブルなお店も有るので食事にも困りません。エレベーターは2基なのでバイク（自転車）を運ぶ時は時間に余裕を持ったほうがbetterです。

Love it!
Pros:

I stayed there for 5nights. The hotel was excellent. Staff was awesome. Room is the best. I enjoyed the Spa the most 🥰

Cons:

It can get noisy in the night because they were loud musics from the bars accross the street and also sound of cars from the road. Not for people who want to find peace and quiet. Other than that, everything is perfect

Disappointing
Pros:

If your looking to stay in My Khe area of Da Nang then this hotel is in a great location. Whilst the hotel is advertised as a beachfront hotel it isn't quite on the beach, the main road separates the hotel from the beach.

Cons:

Rooftop pool - The main reason we booked this hotel was for the roof top pool and the gym facilities. After booking the hotel we were informed that the rooftop pool was closed for 2 out of the 3 nights of our stay which was very disappointing.

Gym facilities - The gym facilities were also a disappointment as the gym's air con is operated by your room key which means that the room is roasting when you first enter and you have to wait a while for the room to become cool.

Breakfast - The breakfast area is also far too small for the number of guests the hotel has. It was so difficult to find a seat and even when you did it was just mayhem trying to get breakfast. We only went for breakfast on the first morning of our stay because of this.

Overall, we were disappointed with our stay.

Lovely staff in a good location
Pros:

The hotel was close to the beach. The staff were amazing. I was hospitalised for 7 days, and they took exceptional care of my traveling companion. They even moved rooms for her so she didn’t have to leave the hotel. And they didn’t rip us off with the room charges.

Cons:

I didn’t get enough time there. And we because of the Ironman there was a lot of doof doof music.

Unfortunately Disappointed
Pros:

Very Kind and Helpful Staff

Cons:

The check-in experience was very good, and the staff was helpful and understanding throughout my stay. However, as soon as I entered the room, there was a strong musty smell. The hotel also looked quite different from the pictures online and generally felt very outdated. Although the room itself was spacious, it only had a very tiny window, which made it feel quite enclosed. Some areas of the bathroom were unfortunately not very clean as well.

Another downside was the pool area, which only had two sunbeds, while the rest consisted of restaurant tables and chairs from the restaurant located directly next to it. In addition, despite the small window, the room was still very noisy due to the beach bars nearby.

Because of these issues, I decided to shorten my stay. However, I truly appreciated how professionally and kindly the staff handled my early check-out and refund request, and I am very grateful that this process went smoothly.

Good experience, nice value hotel
Pros:

Beautiful rooms, spacious and clean. Very close to most things in Da Nang and beach is right outside.

Cons:

Unlike all other hotels they were unable to accommodate an early check in which is incredibly annoying if you arrive into Da Nang via flight or sleeper bus at 7am like we did. Understandable to not expect a 9-10am check in but we couldn’t even upgrade or pay extra to get into a room quick. Perhaps it was very busy… it just didn’t seem like it at the time.

Good Beachside Hotel with Great Views
Pros:

Breakfast was great and view from our room was amazing. Foot spa voucher was included per person which was a nice inclusion.

Cons:

Not able to use pool for a period during the day as there was a photo shoot in the middle of the day. Couldve happened earlier in morning when noone was using it.

Pros:

Pros:

Walking distance to beach and some local restaurants. Exceptional staff especially Hannah (guest relations) who checked in with guests and organised a breakkie box as I left early to catch a train. The bellman Hieu - amazing hospitality and the Alex Phem - check out reception at the crack of dawn

Beds were a bit hard for westerners
