Lenyűgöző a szálló fekvése, tiszta, kényelmes szobát foglaltunk, változatosak az ételek. Külön örültünk, hogy részt vehettünk a szervezett szállóbejáráson. A személyzet előzékeny, kedvesek voltak a takarító munkatársak.
Kényelmetlen volt a zuhanyfülke befelé nyíló szűk ajtaja.
Pompás a környék, az elhelyezkedés. Jó a parkolás megoldottsága. a reggeli bőséges volt remek kiszolgálással. Tisztaság és kellemes légkör az egész szállodában.
Fantastiskt vackert beläget. Tystnad på natten och svala sköna sängar. Bra middag och frukost buffe stort utval av det mesta.

Kiváló elhelyezkedés, az utolsókig inteligens és képzett személyzet. Kiváló ételek és programlehetőségek. Az élő zene kimondottan széppé varázsolta az ott töltött időt.
Büdösbogár és hasonlók a szobán. Valószínűleg a világítás körül bujnak meg, érthető hogy nehéz a takarításuk, de érdemes lenne.

Its hard for me to write this review because i have mixed feelings. Place, location, surroundings and building are great, room was superclean. Also service was great - everyone speaks english. But for this price (really high!) I require more.
1. I booked room with mountain view - i got trees and parking view - I felt really deceived - there were some moutaints behind all of that but 4 star hotel should not do that kind of things !! I attach photos of this "mountain view".
2. Breakfasts could be more diverse.
3. Some information in hotel are only in Hungarian. There are plenty of different information everywhere - You could sum it up and put it in one place. In room no info about that that for swimming pool You have to take towels from room.
4. Finish sauna - You should not be allowed to enter it in Your swimming suit - it is unhygienic and harmful !!!! Someone should take care of it.
5. No free bottled water in room - free bottled water is common in much less sophisticated acommodations.
To sum it up its great place to stay but with all those flaws its just severely overpriced.

Расположение сказочное. Персонал очень приветливый и всегда готов помочь. Мы застряли в пробке из за аварии и не успевали на ужин , нам с ресепшена сами позвонили и организовали ужин в номер. Мелочь но безумно приятная. . Еда была хорошая и свежая. Гостиница на уровне. Единственное, что есть только 2 лифта и они всегда перегружены. Но это сущая мелочь.

A kártyánkkal fel lehetett menni a palota-toronyba.
A helyszin varazslatos , a palota tényleg főúri, a környék gyönyörű sétákra csábít es a szálló is kínál programokat.
A szoba ami nem szuperior, az már szinte cseledszoba, pici, vegtelenul szimpla es még ajándék víz sincs. De az agy legalabb kenyelmes.
Hotel a okolie.Krásné.
Az étel nagyon finom, és változatos, a pincérek,és a személyzet udvariassága,gyorsasága figyelemre méltó.A takarító személyzet csendes, udvarias,és segítőkész.
Sajnos, a Bookingon keresztül foglaltam szobát,ők nem tájéjékoztattak bővebben a szobák elhelyezkedéséről,felszereltségéről,(yakudzi), panoráma. A velnesz részleg csodálatos, a szórakozási lehetőség kiváló.
I liked that this is a place to relax mainly, beautiful sights, and nice for taking long walks but nothing else to do, the facilities are great and well kept, but hard to think about staying for more than 2 days with no additional activities organized.
That there are no other places around to see or to do anything
The building was like a fairy tale from the past. We hiked the look out and had an amazing views of the valley, The gardens were gorgeous as was the interior. True to the original designs and well kept up.
We were disappointed with our massages. The room was chilly and when I asked her to turn up the heat she regretfully said it was not possible. We were left wrapped in plastic for at least 20 minutes to ‘exfoliate’ Basically as far as massages go it was just barely ok.
Otherwise the wellness area was nice although the water could be hotter in the warm pool.
