Nagyon szép környezetben egy magas színvonalú szálloda.

Nagyon szépen karbantartott szálloda, kedves személyzet, tisztaság.

Pros:

Vrátili sme sa do hotela po polroku a pobytbol super. Nemám čo vytknúť. Krasne prostredie,okolie poskytuje chodníky v bukových lesoch.

Pros:

Gyönyörű, patinás pazar hely. Remek szikgáltatások.

Cons:

Gérman voltunk, két üzletfelemmel. Ők egy kétágyas szobát kaotak, én egyágyasat. Amit én kaptam az kétszer akkora volnt, mint a két üzletfelemé. Lehetett volna a nagyobb szoba előkészítve két főre a kisebb pedig egyre.

Pros:

Przepiękny hotel i lokalizacja na styku trzech dolin w Górach Bukowych. Hotel przypomina bardziej pałac ale wnętrza są urządzone ze smakiem. Dużo atrakcji w okolicy. Bardzo dobre miejsce na wypoczynek. Obsługa posługuje się wyśmienicie angielskim co nie jest częste w okolicy.

Cons:

Śniadania mógłby być bardziej różnorodne, ciekawsze i smaczniejsze. W porównaniu do restauracji ala carte w hotelu oferta pozostawia poczucie rozczarowania. Niemożliwe było spanie przy otwartych oknach gdyż dostawcy i obsługa hotelu nie uważają za stosowne zachowanie ciszy o 5-6 rano.

Elegáns, rendkívül impozáns épület, nagyon kedves személyzet.
Pros:

A reggeli és a vacsora is kiváló volt. A személyzet rendkívül kedves és udvarias. A környék csodaszép kirándulóhelyeket kívál.

Cons:

Sajnos a szerpentin vonzza a motorosokat, akik főképp szombaton egész éjjel erős, a pihenést rendkívül zavaró zajt keltettek. Természetese ez nem a szálloda hibája, de a hatóságokkal összefogva kellene ez ellen tenni valamit.

The location is simply wow—surrounded by forests, beautiful gardens, a stalactite cave, a cable car, and many other attractions.

Cons:

We requested two adjoining rooms because our daughters are young. We were told that adjoining rooms were not available, but that the rooms would be on the same floor. What they failed to mention was that, although they were on the same floor, they were located on opposite sides of the hotel.

As a result, we found ourselves sleeping on the floor at night, as our daughters understandably could not sleep so far away from us.

Please note that check-out is at 10:00 a.m.! On the day of departure, you practically need a wake-up call just to have enough time for breakfast.

When we asked to extend check-out by less than an hour so we could finish packing, the staff were unpleasant and initially told us it was not possible. After everything we had been through there, they could have been much more accommodating.

No drinks are included with dinner, and a one-litre bottle of water costs $10!

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, jeden Tag ein tolles Frühstück- und Abendbuffet. Ein großes Lob an die Küche. Jeden Tag neue Ideen und immer lecker. 100 Punkte.

Cons:

Durchgesessene Liegen, Staub und Spinnennetze im Zimmer. Speisekarte außen verschmiert, Tische im aussenbereich klebrig.
Es scheint leider so, dass nur das gemacht wird, was nötig ist. Man hat keine Aufmerksamkeit für die restlichen Dinge.
