Clean fresh air, beautiful hotel
Pros:

Wonderful area in the Bukk Montains. Truly felt pampered and every thing is so clean and well maintained. Buffets for breakfast and dinner are varied and tasty.

The spa is great, and each night, there's an activity, either a film of live music in the lounge. Rooms are well appointed and the balconies are a plus. Stunning views, beautiful surroundings and fresh, clean air.

Maradandó élmény a hotel patinája és a hotelt körülvevő mesés táj!
Pros:

Gyönyörű környezet, a szoba tisztán tarthatósága (látszik az erre való folyamatos törekvés), tetszett a sok jó állapotú törölköző. Reggeli, vacsora finom, bőséges volt, élőzenével!!!!

Cons:

A wellnessből hiányoltuk a jakizzut, aminek melegebb víze van. A fürdőben elég gyenge volt a vízsugár.

Pros:

Gorgeous setting! Outdoor area is delightful. Staff is nice and helpful.

Cons:

The dinner and breakfast is mediocre at best. Unbelievable that you have to pay for water durning meals, which are served buffet style. Food needs an upgrade to go with the price.

Máskor is szívesen eljövök, ha lesz ra lehetőségem.

Gyönyürű hely, gyönrörű bel és kültér. Különleges ételek.

Cons:

Felettünk sajnos gyerekes család volt, akik dörömböltek megállás nélkül napközben, így a pihenés része a szobában nem volt lehetséges... A wellness részleg nem túl nagy. Láttuk több régi képen is hogy volt kültéri medence. ez kár hogy ma már nincs, és csak kiégett fű van.

Csodálatos hely, minden szempontból elégedettek voltunk. A szoba kényelmes és tiszta volt, az ételek nagyon finomak, a környék pedig gyönyörű. Biztosan visszatérünk, csak ajánlani tudjuk!

Pros:

Összességében A családdal 3 csodálatos napot töltöttünk a lillafüredi Palota Szállóban. A reggeli és a vacsora változatos, bőséges és nagyon finom volt. A wellnessrészleg tiszta, igényes és tökéletes kikapcsolódást nyújtott. A szálloda gyönyörű környezetben található, a környék látnivalói gyalogosan is könnyen elérhetők. Külön köszönet a kedves és segítőkész személyzetnek, akik még kellemesebbé tették az ott-tartózkodásunkat. Mindenkinek szívből ajánljuk!

Cons:

Nem tudunk olyat említeni, ami nem tetszett volna. Az ott-tartózkodásunk minden szempontból kellemes volt, teljes mértékben elégedetten távoztunk.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in wunderschöner Umgebung
Pros:

Die Lage ist traumhaft und die Infrastruktur insgesamt sehr gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind nicht sehr gross, aber sehr angenehm ausgestattet.
Sowohl das Frühstücks- als auch das Abendbuffet sind von sehr guter Qualität und es gibt genügend Platz. Vor allem die Terrasse ist sehr schön.
Man kann viele Aktivitäten direkt vom Hotel aus machen. Der Aussichtsturm ist super!

Cons:

Der Service, ausser im Restaurant, entspricht nicht ganz dem übrigen Standing.
Im Schwimmbadbereich kann es sehr voll sein. Dafür gibt es auf der Sonnenterrasse wunderbar viel Platz!
