Bei der Ankunft hat man uns ein unterirdisches Zimmer, sah aus wie eine Abstellkammer und einer abenteuerlichen Stiege zum oberen Geschoß, wo das Bett war , gegeben mit der Bemerkung dieses Zimmer sei besser als das Standard Zimmer über booking com.
Auf Beschwerde wurde mir erklärt, man habe kein anderes Zimmer. Wir haben dann ab dem nächsten Tag dann doch wegen wiederholter Beschwerde das Standard - Zimmer erhalten. Das war zumindest auf einer Etage und etwas besser, wobei das Bad als irgendwie umgebautes wohl ehemals behindertengerechtes Bad ebenfalls gewöhnungsbedürftig war. Das Frühstück bestand zu 90% aus überzuckertem Kuchen. Die Kaffeemaschine hat nur am letzten Tag leidlich funktioniert, ansonsten konnte man den Kaffee nicht trinken. Mir drängt sich der Verdacht auf, dass bei Buchungen über Booking com die Gästen möglicherweise wegen der hohen Gebühren die Booking com verlangt, immer nur die schlechtesten Zimmer erhalten.
Das ist mir ja auch schon in Halle im Hotel Wasserturm so gegangen.
Ich werde voraussichtlich nicht mehr über bookung com buchen, weil die Bilder der Zimmer im Internet mit der Realität wenig zu tun haben und man den Hotels quasi ausgeliefert ist.
Positiv: Man hat uns ein sehr günstiges Taxi zum Flughafen organisiert.
