Ảnh phòng 1 đường đến khi nhận phòng shock luôn, không khác gì treo đầu dê bán thịt chó. Trên booking báo có bao gồm ăn sáng đến thì lại báo k có. Nhân viên lễ tân quá tệ, có thể check cam lại, khi đến nhận phòng mình hỏi confirm lại để chắc chắn hơn xem có ăn sáng không, thì hỏi đến lần thứ 3 mới trả lời, các lần trước đều bị ngó lơ, phòng không ổn rồi, thái độ nhân viên còn tệ thì sao dám quay lại được. Từ khi dưới lễ tân đã k có sự hài lòng với khách sạn rồi
