מיקום מרכזי, חדר חמוד

Cons:

הרכב שלנו היה גבוה מדי לטענתם ולכן לא יכולנו לחנות בחנייה של המלון, נאלצנו לשלם על חנייה. בנוסף, ארוחתה בוקר לא כזאת טובה. גם חדר הכביסה היה בתשלום (לעומת מלונות אחרים שזה בחינם) והוא היה מלא לאורך כל הזמן אז היה קשה לעשות.

朝食ビュッフェがとても美味しかったです。
朝食でも沖縄料理をガッツリ堪能したいという方は少し物足りなく感じるかもしれないですが、沖縄料理にこだわりがなければ、単純に朝食ビュッフェとしては超ハイクオリティで大満足です。

またチェックアウトに時間が掛かってしまいご迷惑を掛けましたが、対応いただけました。

The staff were excellent,and the hotel was fine for our one night there
Pros:

Location was ok, with a walk or short taxi ride to any sites. The doubleroom was small and clean. There was a kettle, fridge and a small amount of coffee. There was a small bathroom which was adequate and the shower was powerful and easy to use. Of course the toilet was most efficient! The air conditioning was very welcome. The hotel looked very smart. The twin room was a good size. Early arrivals were able to leave their baggage securely in the reception at no extra cost, which was very helpful

Cons:

The twin bedroom was a good size, but the double room was very smallThe swimming pool on the top floor looked good and was free to use during the day. We thought it was poor that paying guests had to pay extra to use the pool after 7 o’clock. There was a bar at the poolside which obviously you would have to pay for drinks. Even though guests were arriving at various different times only one check-in time was offered at 3 o’clock, which meant that that was a large queue and the stuff had to deal with the guests all at the same time which was a lot. The staff were very helpful and good humoured. A staggered check-in would have been better. There were a couple of self check in points but they were not easy to use and staff had to help, leaving them short at the desk.

Great location for the port
Pros:

Great location for the Tomari Port if you’re catching a ferry to one of the islands.

Cons:

The kids were excited about the rooftop pool, but when we took them up for a swim we found out it was ¥3,000 each for them to swim in the pool. Not great to charge extra for the pool when we intentionally booked a hotel with a pool.
