TV im Zimmer war defekt. Es gab keine Leselampen am Bett. Personal an der Rezeption trat kaum in Erscheinung.
Allerdings scheinen Renovierungsarbeiten in der Zukunft geplant.

Gut und zweckmäßig
Pros:

Das Hotel ist von der Einrichtung her sehr modern ausgestattet.

Frühstück mit viel Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Das leckere Rührei und den gebratenen Speck hat Adriana gemacht. Großer gemütlicher Frühstücksbereich.

Wasserkocher und Fön im Zimmer vorhanden. Das Bad war geräumig.

Botanischer Garten fußläufig in 15 Min. erreichbar.

Auf unserer Zimmerseite gab es keinen Durchgangsautoverkehr. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten usw. direkt in der Nähe.

Cons:

Etwas mehr Obst zum Frühstück wäre nicht schlecht.

Nach dem Duschen war immer etwas Überschwemmung, da die Dusche keinen Vorhang und keine Schiebetür hat.

Eine Anleitung für die Klimaanlage wäre nicht schlecht. Das Zimmer ist recht warm und das Fenster lässt sich lediglich kippen.

Kein Minikühlschrank.

Unser Zimmer war extrem klein. Man konnte sich kaum umdrehen. Es gab gar keinen Schrank. Dadurch war alles extrem beengt, da man sein Gepäck ja irgendwo lassen muss.

Hotelparkplätze gab es keine, lediglich eine extrem teure Tiefgarage, auf die wir verzichtet haben, da das Frühstück schon ins Geld geht.

Bei gutem Wetter ist es manchmal tagsüber und abends etwas laut vom Spielplatz her (Partystimmung).

Not the cleanest Premier Inn we have stayed in.
Pros:

The Premier Inn is a 30 minute level walk from Freiburg Central Station. Locally there are Restaurants, coffee shops and stores for groceries, breakfast and lunch etc with good value for money. The number 2 tram takes you close to the hotel, it is a 5 minute walk from the tram stop. The breakfast was very good too on our two night stay.

Cons:

We had requested our room to be cleaned (you have to request if you wish towels and cleaning each day). However apparently house keeping didn’t complete this. On return from a long day, we had to ask reception for clean towels. This was disappointing, we were low on shower gel too. The room wasn’t as clean as our stays in other Premier Inns, marks on the woodwork and walls, and dust etc. Also they are very strict about booking in prior to 3pm, we were a bit early, around 2.30 and had to wait 30 minutes before being given access to our room, surely this could be relaxed without additional payment being required?

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, wir haben dieses Hotel bereits mehrmals gewählt
Pros:

Die Betten incl. Kopfkissen (die sind ganz oft zu dick und dann unbequem !) waren sehr angenehm- wir haben wirklich gut geschlafen. Das Zimmer ist sehr ruhig.
Da unser Sohn eine Gehbehinderung hat, wünschen wir uns immer ein barrierefreies Zimmer - das wird immer berücksichtigt und bereitgestellt.
Wir hatten ein paar Sonderwünsche, die das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit umgehend erfüllt hat - Herzlichen Dank dafür !

Cons:

Der Tiefgaragen-Stellplatz ist ziemlich teuer.

Parken war sehr teuer.
Frühstück würde ich für den Preis nicht wieder dazu buchen kaum Auswahl und von der Qualität sehr schlecht.
