Uma autêntica desilusão.
Pros:

Localização, limpeza do quarto e restaurante

Cons:

Atitude dos funcionários, especialmente a recepcionista. Pouco disponível para ajudar, falhou a prestação de informações básicas e nunca demonstrou muita empatia pelos obstáculos dos hóspedes.

Casas de banho sujas e sem possibilidade de regular a temperatura da água do banho em dias de muito calor.

Grupos de adolescentes que destabilizaram o hostel a noite e o staff do hostel não interviu.

Quarto sem ar condicionado e com um calor insuportável.

Na recepção está montado um autêntico negócio para vender coisas básicas que, muitas vezes, os viajantes se esquecem. Não há toalhas para alugar, por exemplo, só para vender. Este consumismo não faz qualquer sentido.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war gut gestaltet und ausgestattet. Das Bett war gut und die Kissen waren schön fest. Das Frühstück war gut und es wurde zeitig aufgefüllt.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage hätte etwas leiser sein können und das Restaurant hätte besser klimatisiert sein können.

Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend

Cons:

Zimmer sind zwar zweckmäßig eingerichtet, haben aber leider eine nicht vorhandene oder in nicht funktionierende Klimaanlage, so dass wir in der Nacht noch 30 Grad im Zimmer hatten.
Das Frühstück ist für € 17,95 pro Person eine Frechheit, nur eine halbwegs funktionierende Kaffeemaschine, Buffet fast komplett leer und es dauerte ewig, bis etwas nachgelegt wurde
Wir konnten zum Glück die zweite Nacht, aus Kulanz, stornieren

Nicht viel. Die Mitarbeiter waren bemüht konnten aber die Probleme nicht lösen

Cons:

Ich habe wegen der aktuellen Klimasitution extra ein Hotel mit Klimaanlage gesucht und gebucht. So war es auf Booking ausgeschrieben. Vor Ort mussten wir aber feststellen, dass das Hotel über keine Klimaanlage verfügt!!!

La pulizia della stanza e la struttura rinnovata.

Cons:

Aria condizionata assente e impianto di ventilazione non adeguato. Nella stanze c'erano 29 gradi.
