Superbe hôtel au cœur de Toronto
Pros:

L’hôtel est magnifique. Les chambres sont hyper confortables et bien insonorisées.
Le personnel est aux petits soins.
Le resto et la piscine sur le toit (au 44eme) offrent une superbe expérience.

Cons:

Le fait qu’il faille réserver pour aller à la piscine !

Great property and very helpful staff, and easy check in. Nice restaurant on rooftop, great service.
Pros:

I stayed here when Air Canada cancelled a connecting flight home to SF, CA. I found the hotel on TripAdvisor. It was a great property, and I only wish I could have stayed there longer.

Struttura esternamente di pregio , eleganza un po’ datata all interno

A causa anche della inefficienza di Booking , che usa le comunicazioni attraverso l app solo quando torna di comodo, ho subito un downgrade della stanza e solo dopo mie rimostranze sono riuscito a farmi accordare una riduzione di prezzo. Attitudine dello staff dell hotel e di booking non all altezza delle aspettative

Comfortable bed, a full minibar with a large selection!

Cons:

No slippers in the room!!! The room is very dark, the light controls are inconvenient. The view from the window is onto the neighboring building, and it is impossible to open the curtains.
