Close enough for shopping public transport also close to train station.

Cons:

Not being walking upstairs without lift especially for disabilities or old age,, for checking in early., toilet or bathroom not in bedrooms or kettles etc.

The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Everything but the staff. There's no hot water. The taps in rooms leaked. The noise from other guests was inappropriate despite the hotel (not the bar and bistro) having strict noise curfews. The wifi didn't work. I'll reiterate the staff involved in the operation we're all lovely, just not a good facility for the price.

Overall a good stay, will stay again
Pros:

Friendly staff, good food, clean, great location.
Very convenient for medical appointments.

Cons:

Only one thing that needs addressing is the bathroom, water doesn’t drain away after showering therefore you haven’t any dry area to stand & dress in, especially trying to put on slacks without them getting the bottoms wet.
