Excellent location and comfortable stay
Pros:

Excellent location - very very near Hakata Station and walking distance to so many convenience stores, cafes, shopping malls etc
It had complete facilities (inc ice machine) and the rooms were spacious enough for our bags
Plus points for the massage pillow!
The restaurant in the 1st floor was good value for money.
