Price is great for a location so near to Hakata station
Pros:

Reception staff were very friendly! The hotel is very well liked by a lot of Koreans and Chinese tourists. Location was great and it was very near to the train station. There are coin washing machines at alternate levels and the lifts were quite fast. Thanks for a good stay!

Cons:

The reception area is always so packed with many luggage. Toilet is quite small as per all other Japanese hotels.

Pros:

Locate near Hakata Station, great location. Room was neat and clean. Nice staffs and very quick check-in. Free coffee at lobby also a plus for me. Moreover, you can have room cleaning every day, this is something you rarely find in Japan nowadays.

快適でした
Pros:

駅近で部屋も快適、大きな鏡と2つの洗面台、トイレとお風呂別はありがたかったです。
女3人なので水周りは広くて本当に助かりました。
マッサージ器も置いてあって至れり尽くせりな感じがしました。

Cons:

建物内の構図がちょっと分かりにくい。

Location is good but not happy with the check in .
Pros:

The location , very convenient.

Cons:

The check in staff , who is very inexperience. We arrived early and deposited our luggage.
When we back , we pass the luggage tag to the staff and they just released the luggages to us but never proceed with the check in process for us just because we are a big group. One of them keep asking us to wait because rooms not ready but when we check again. It seem like they never handle our check in. The lady (may be trainee) just pass the keys card and never inform under whose name until we ask again. It is very bad experience compared to others hotel
