Cons:

Que não havia restaurante para jantar, mas eu tinha outro hotel como base. Então isso não deve ser algo tão ruim. Ha um café no lobby. E também internet não funcionava o Wi-Fi. Reclamei mas não mudou. TV só canal em mandarim.

Pros:

Отличный отель. Очень дружелюбный персонал, старающийся помочь во всех возникающих вопросах. Завтрак выше всяких похвал, вкусно и довольно разнообразно. Действительно удобный матрас. Удачное местоположение.

Cons:

Иногда клиенты отеля курили около лифта на этаже. Приходилось стоять рядом и дышать дымом ожидая лифт. Для некурящего человека - это ад. Но, видимо, в Китае это нормальная практика, поскольку часто в отелях пепельницы стоят в коридорах.

Pros:

check out的时候居然有小零食作为小礼品是我没想到的，服务员态度全程都挺好。

外国人居多，香水味比较浓郁，一楼大厅里直接有咖啡厅、小洋酒喝喝本来是加分项，但是直接让宾客在里面抽水烟就不太合适了，虽然对外国友人比较难说明与说服，但还是希望能通过隔断等方式进行改进。
