Nice hotel - not so good pool
Pros:

The area and the beach
View from our room.
The friendly and helpful staff, everybody very nice!
The housekeeping who did a great job everyday.
Breakfast was also fine, maybe the option of other kinds of coffee would have been nice.
The fine attention to our birthday and also the nice gestures for the last day.
There was a food festival and music going on in front of the hotel which made it lively and nice.

Cons:

The thin walls. You could hear everything from the other rooms and outside on the corridor.
The pool area was uninviting and had 0 greenery around. It was also neglected, the stones around the pool coming off making it dangerous. Some plants, trees would help make the pool area cozier and nicer and less warm. With only 2 umbrellas the pool was not so useful during the day. The pool water seemed not sanitized or checked , there was a lot of dirt in it.

Das Zimmer und speziell das Bad waren so stark verdreckt dass wir unseren Aufenthalt nach 2 Stunden abbrechen mussten. E

Gute Aussicht auf das Meer

Cons:

Das Hotel ist extrem schmutzig. Zudem ist alles runtergekommen und herab gewirtschaftet. Es waren schon in der Lobby alle Sitze und Tische verdreckt und leider hörte das im Zimmer nicht auf.

Nice hotel, very good.
Pros:

Location very good. We couldn’t get a double room but pricier room suite was very nice. We paid for a late checkout which was useful. A good base for Da Nang beach.

Cons:

Pool, nice but poorly situated. Breakfast good but not best we had in Vietnam. Lifts were busy with conference delegates. Foyer not great for waiting, bar.
