When you need a simple cheap place to stay overnight
Pros:

This is a simple place to stay overnight.
All you need is here - normal bathroom, beds, air conditioning, WiFi (though you might need to ask hosts to help you register), simple furniture, TV. Bare minimum, but everything is here and works.
Plus you get again a simple but good breakfast.
So all you need is manage your expectations when selecting this place. But it provides a fair value for money.
You can pay for your stay by cash or card.

Cons:

All was according to expectations, so I can't complain.
Registering in WiFi was a little tricky and we had to ask hosts to help, but they are very friendly and helped quickly.

Очень любезный приветливый и дружелюбный персонал.
В номере была удобная кровать, теплое одеяло, горячая вода в душе и одноразовые тапочки. Это всё, что нам было нужно для разовой ночевки в Анталии.
Ни о каких дополнительных удобствах и комфорте речь не идет. Номер совсем простенький и ванная комната нуждается в ремонте.
Здорово, что в проживание включен бесплатный завтрак: чай, хлеб, джемы, масло, отвареное яйцо, оливки, маслины, немного нарезки: сыры, колбаска, огурчик, помидорчик.
Нам понравилось расположение - в пешей доступности ТЦ, Bauhaus и автовокзал.

Good value for money
Pros:

Big room, big bathroom, convenient location, beds are comfortable. Exactly what I expected for the price paid

Cons:

Breakfast is quite modest, but fine. Rooms are not soundproof, you will hear neighbors going up/down the stairs in the morning, but you can hardly find anything better in Kultur

Pros:

Прекрасный персонал, хоть не говорят на русском/английском, сразу пользуются переводчиком и проблем с коммуникацией ни разу не было. Шли с любой нашей просьбой навстречу, всегда готовы были помочь.
Для уборки номера отдавайте ключи на ресепшн, можно пользоваться кухней чтобы приготовить закуски, можно попросить оформить доставку, если у вас нет турецкой сим карты.

На автобусе до пляжа 10 минут, до старого города 15-20, до водопадов час, но все это прямыми рейсами, без пересадок. От аэропорта также идёт прямой автобус.

Такси приезжает за пару минут, вокруг много кафе и магазинов, расположение очень удобное.

Cons:

Не хватает небольшого ремонта в номерах и свежих замков (они крепкие, но могут заедать), но плюсы и радушие персонала перевешивает значительно эти мелочи.

Оставались на 7 ночей. В принципе понравилось. Отличное соотношение цены и качества. Удобное расположение: пляж, автовокзал. Есть кондиционер. Вкусный базовый завтрак. Не забудьте взять с собой мыло для купания, мочалку и стаканы, фен.

Cons:

В ванной комнате нет фена. Отсутствует электрический чайник и стаканы.
