Un lugar hermosa, con posibilidades de mejorar

La ubicación en medio de la naturaleza, la fauna que habita el lugar, la amabilidad del personal

Es mi segunda vez, la primera vez fue maravilloso. Esta vez sentí que el hotel perdió en exclusividad.

1. La tarifa es de las mas altas de la zona para hospedarse, y no hay problema con eso sí el hotel ofrece exclusividad, sin embargo, por ejemplo, ahora la piscina es más usada por “pasa días” que por los mismos huéspedes. Un hotel con esa tarifa no debería permitir la modalidad pasa día y mantener el uso de sus zonas comunes para sus huéspedes. O al menos tener una zona húmeda adicional de uso exclusivo de huéspedes. Sí pagas una tarifa alta, esperas exclusividad y tranquilidad. De lo contrario buscas un lugar con tarifa media baja y renuncias a esa exclusividad y comodidad.

2. La insonorización entre habitaciones es casi nula. Ponen tapa oidos en las mesas de noche. Es algo que percibí la primera vez que fui, pero no fue un problema, soy paciente con eso, sin embargo, esta vez no fue agradable, el huesped de al lado puso música hasta altas horas de la noche a mucho volumen, no pudimos descansar y el hotel al parecer no tiene normas claras al respecto, o simplemente no las hace respetar.

Wunderschöne Natur
Pros:

Die Natur dort ist atemberaubend – so viele Vögel und wilde Tiere in ihrer natürlichen Umgebung zu sehen, war definitiv das Highlight unserer Reise. Man fühlt sich wirklich mitten im Paradies.
Auch das Restaurant hat uns sehr überzeugt: Das Essen war hervorragend, frisch und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Eine perfekte Kombination aus Naturerlebnis und kulinarischem Genuss.

Cons:

der Swimmingpool-Bereich. Dort hatten wir leider nicht die Ruhe, die wir uns gewünscht hätten, da viele externe Besucher den Ort für Fotos und Events nutzen. Dadurch konnten wir den Pool als Hotelgäste nicht wirklich entspannt genießen.
