Gem of a hotel in central Cardiff
Pros:

Love this hotel in Cardiff. Comfy bed, clean rooms, helpful staff. Great that there is a fridge and kettle to make tea/coffee.

Pros:

The situation of the hotel. Greeted by very good staff on arrival. Fantastic shower, but beds are a bit high for getting into.

Cons:

At breakfast I was surprised about the coffee machine and found it not to be very pleasant.

Convenient modern hotel.
Pros:

Welsh themed room, lots of nice details like night light in bathroom, magnifying mirror, mini fridge. Good size and welcoming staff.

Cons:

The TV was pretty primitive- no
ability to log into apps like Netflix or stream anything. It was challenging to even just change channels as the remote was weird/ hard to use. Location, while central, was a bit sketchy eg lots of drug addicts on the street outside. Hard to find - please fix location on Google maps!

Very enjoyable stay at this hotel.
Pros:

Excellent city-centre location, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, spacious rooms, comfortable bed, a nice bar, and everything was spotlessly clean. You even get a discount at the local NCP car park.

Cons:

We did find the rooms a little too warm, even with the air con on. Otherwise, we loved everything. We would definitely stay here again.
