Esta en pleno centro, la habitacion tiene un tamano perfecto, el bano es increible con crema de manos y acondionador que no suele haber en los hoteles de este precio incluso tienen altavoz en el bano para escuchar la tv, tenian una bata para cada uno.
El desayuno fue excelente, tienen todo lo que puedas imaginar de bufet y tambien te ofrecen desayuno a la carta. Increible

Rooms are clean comfortable and nicely decorated. Breakfast was lovely and the staff at reception (hi Zara) and restaurant were all very sweet.
The recommended parking garage although very conveniently located, was horrendous: dirty, dodgy and overall unsafe. I understand that there is a transition going on between the owners. Hopefully with the new management it’s going to change to the better.
The staff was absolutely phenomenal, very kind and resourceful. The rooms were quiet, very bright and comfortable. Everything was spotless, the location is unmatched.
It's been one of the best experiences in a hotel. One thing worth mentioning is that, although the shower was very nice, water can splash out and flood the floor if you're not a bit careful the first time you use it. Other than that, it was pleasant.

Wow honestly we couldn't of been happier, we were met with a big smile from the receptionist who was so lovely , she told us we were upgraded as we were guests of the day, which was very special and made me smile, free mini bar, room upgrade and drinks in the bar...just amazing <3

Outstanding customer service from Callum and the team. They looked after us. They upgraded our room when a light bulb wasn't working, which was very generous.
Room decor was very thoughtful and imaginative with lots of storage, a fridge and GREAT air conditioning. There was a walk in shower and a large modern, clean bathroom. Location was excellent. Close to Boots, shopping and the excellent entertainment district of Cardiff. And the castle.
We would've liked a larger bed (Queen size, at a minimum). The barman on the 6th floor seemed to be indifferent in his attitude. He not only served us wine that was very obviously "off" (stale) it was a red instead of the rose that we asked for. There's a training opportunity for him. It was so lonely in the bar we took our drinks to the ground floor. Lastly the coffee mugs don't fit into the coffee machine.
