Walking in you feel brightness cleanliness and very friendly staff. Very impressed when we entered the room. Everything was just perfect 👌 after being in the regancy bristol we were down away as it was cheaper shocked

Genuinely couldn’t be more central if you tried, we went for a convert at Cardiff castle and was perfect. Room had air conditioning, waters available in fridge, large shower and big double bed and very spacious room. Staff were lovely

The bathroom was clean and the power shower was excellent. While there was a heatwave, the air-conditioning in the room really was a bonus.
Though on the top floor and the room with skylight, the room was a little bit dark with the lighting
Room was comfortable and spacious, great facilities and in a great location within city centre. Staff were super polite and accommodating throughout the entire stay even after we checked out.
