Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole, vorremmo certamente tornare.
Pros:

Albergo storico, posizione semplicemente eccezionale: la vista lago dalla camera e dal magnifico giardino/spiaggia vale da sola il viaggio e il soggiorno. Prezzi giusti. Pulizia eccellente. Staff gentilissimo e molto accogliente. Connessione Wifi veloce ed efficiente. Tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno soddisfacente sul lago Ceresio c'è. Colazione buona per un hotel a 3 stelle, prodotti freschi e di buona qualità. Il ristorante non è gestito dalla proprietà dell'hotel ma è comunque di alta qualità e i piatti sono buonissimi.

Cons:

Occorre tenere conto che si tratta di un hotel 3 stelle, quindi non si possono pretendere i lussi di una categoria superiore. Le camere sono un po' spartane. L'aria condizionata in teoria c'è ma non funziona bene, e se la giornata è molto calda alcuni ospiti potrebbero avere problemi.

הבונוס שלא ידענו - אפשר לשחות באגם לוגאנו

לדעתי אגם לוגנו יותר יפה מקומו .

Ein wunderbares Hotel mit viel Charme in Top-Lage !
Parken kostenfrei auf dem örtlichen Parkplatz 50m entfernt.
Strandtücher vorhanden.
Sehr gutes aber schon etwas teureres Restaurant mit Blick auf den See.
Sehr freundliches Personal.
Renoviertes Badezimmer.

Cons:

Kaffeezubehör und Minikühlschrank im Zimmer wären schön gewesen ( haben wir aber nicht wirklich vermisst!)

Die Lage ist wirklich toll, es gab kostenlose Liegen am See;

Cons:

Frühstück eher überschaubar, unser Zimmer war schon älter, könnte eine Renovierung gebrauchen; Betten und Kopfkissen nicht bequem

A resourceful stay at Lago di Lugano with warm Italian hospitality
Pros:

We had a wonderful time at this peaceful well managed place at Lago di Lugano. The highlight was the stunning view of the lake from the terrace and the balcony of each room. What made our stay even more enjoyable was the private beach to jump into the lake - very relaxing. We will be back one day !

Cons:

Just a little recommendation to upgrade the stay: a little coffee machine in the room to enjoy the morning from the balcony with a little espresso. And perhaps a mini fridge could be useful for the hot days.
