Pros:

The hotel is really great - it's not new but it looks very good. There is everything you can excpect in such a hotel, very helpful staff and absolutely delicious breakfast!

Cons:

The only problem - maybe only in room 803 - is that you cannot control air conditioning - the temperature shows 28 (it was not the temperature in the room), we lowered it to 20 and nothing and nothing happened. Finally we opened the window to cool the room at night.

Unzumutbarer Baulärm – Gäste wurden nicht informiert

Das Hotel selbst ist ordentlich, jedoch war unser Aufenthalt durch massive Bauarbeiten stark beeinträchtigt. Von 6:00 Uhr morgens bis 22:00 Uhr abends wurde gebohrt und gehämmert – eine Erholung war kaum möglich. Was uns besonders gestört hat: Weder bei der Buchung noch beim Check-in wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass derartige Umbauarbeiten stattfinden. Das ist für ein 4-Sterne-Haus schlicht nicht akzeptabel. Gäste haben ein Recht darauf, im Voraus informiert zu werden.

比較的街の中心部にある。
水回りに関しては清潔だった。

Cons:

スタッフの連携が悪い。
ソファベッドがあると記載あったが、普通のソファだったので別の部屋に次の日移動してもらう予定だったのにも関わらず、それが他のフロントに伝わっておらず待たされる羽目に。

翌朝の空港行きのタクシーが早朝だったので予約してもらおうとしたが、30分受付で待たされた挙句、タクシーを確保できなかったので自分たちで配車アプリで手配する羽目に。

隣の部屋でカラオケが行われており、深夜にも関わらず寝室に音が響いて眠れなかった。

Gute Unterkunft mit super Restaurants und sonstiger Unterhaltung

Klasse Hotel mit super freundlichen Mitarbeitern

Cons:

Alles zur Zufriedenheit, aber immer beachten dass man für vieles mehr Zeit braucht, da der Straßenverkehr von morgens bis abends eher als Vollstau zu bezeichnen ist.

Nice place and lots of space.
Pros:

Good value for money. Heaps of space. A really nice restaurant across the road.

Cons:

It is a little way from the city centre, which I should have paid attention to. UB traffic is really really bad so closer to the city centre (or closer to the airport) is probably more ideal.

A bit unpleasant stay
Pros:

Spacious room

Cons:

Room has no safe for values;
Both hot and cold waters are weak. This might be a problem of the city. Too noisy at nights.
The second and third floors are allocated to a karoeke club which runs till 4am in the morning. The 16th and 16l7th floors are designated to graduation parties etc. As a result, lots of noise is generated. I stayed 5 nights and 3 nights I could not sleep..So if you are a light sleeper go elsewhere.

Everything was perfect from the room to the staff to the food. I would stay here again without hesit

A great lace to stay close to the city centre. Amazing staff and the food in the 16th floor restaurant was second to none

Cons:

Rooms a bit too warm but other tourists staying in other properties had the same issue. The room windows can be opened so it is possible to regulate the heat
