From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome. The entire team was exceptionally kind, friendly, professional, and helpful, but a special mention absolutely goes to Xiaoming, who was one of the most welcoming and attentive hosts we have ever met. He went above and beyond to make sure we had an unforgettable stay.
We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, free laundry service, and free electric scooters, which we could use whenever we wanted to explore the area. We also received a lovely welcome drink, and breakfast , with both European and Asian options available.
The room was exactly as shown in the photos — beautiful, clean, comfortable, and perfectly maintained. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and you can genuinely feel the care and attention the team puts into their guests.
We are absolutely delighted with our stay and could not have asked for better hospitality. A huge thank you and congratulations to the entire team for providing such exceptional service and making us feel so welcome.

Un établissement simple, mais où l’on se sent immédiatement pris en charge dès l’arrivée. L’accueil est vraiment personnalisé : l’hôte prend le temps de vous expliquer le fonctionnement et utilise avec beaucoup de gentillesse le téléphone et les outils de traduction pour communiquer dans votre langue.
Tout est pensé pour vous accueillir au mieux, du premier contact jusqu’au départ. Une attention et une disponibilité qui rendent le séjour particulièrement agréable.
La camera molto bella e pulita. La posizione era fantastica in una zona immersa nel verde. La colazione molto buona e il personale super accogliente e disponibile. Offrono anche dei servizi extra come tour e esperienze ben organizzate. Lo consiglio per un soggiorno a Guilin!
Aunque está lejos del centro, el lugar es muy tranquilo, cosa de agradecer en Guilin. El dueño es muy diligente y servicial, nos ofreció té y sandía al llegar, y nos dio todo tipo de facilidades para lavar la ropa y coger una moto eléctrica gratis desde el alojamiento. La habitación tenía un rincón en la ventana muy agradable para tomar el té, leer y descansar.
Quizás falta un poco de luz en las habitaciones. La luz tenue es agradable pero a veces hubiésemos necesitado algo más de luz.

Ci hanno aiutato ad organizzare le nostre giornate a Yangshou e alle risaie di Longshen con estrema disponibilità e professionalità! La struttura è molto accogliente e pulitissima, anche la colazione è ottima! Comodissimi i servizi gratuiti di lavanderia e motorini elettrici! Tutto davvero impeccabile! Non da meno la posizione con una vista stupenda sulle montagne che caratterizzano la zona! Siamo stati benissimo ed è stato un dispiacere andare via! Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare in questa struttura!

Only that only very small bottles of shampoo and body wash were provided, but everything else was fantastic
I letti comodi, le moto elettriche a disposizione, colazione pantagruelica, il fatto che ti lavino i vestiti gratuitamente (!!!), l’host Xiaoping un vero tutto fare risolvi problemi al grido di “watermelon!!”, ci chiamava i taxi, ci ha aggiustato degli occhiali, ha recuperato da mangiare per i bambini la prima sera anche se fuori orario, davvero gentilissimo, una trottola!!!

The staff are incredible, so friendly and helpful. Will assist in organising any tours you're interested in. Laundry service provided, breakfast included and the staff really work hard to make your stay easy and enjoyable. We had a lovely stay here. Price is very reasonable for a comfortable room.
Everything was above expectations. Beautiful, clean room with outdoor bathtub. Delicious breakfast.
