Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L emplacement est juste parfait, proche des principaux sites à visiter a pied ou en tram si besoin qui est a 5 mn à pied.
Le personnel est au petit soin, petit plus pour le monsieur de l accueil a moustache qui est juste exceptionnelle.
Je recommande , nous y reviendrons et recommanderons cet hôtel

Cons:

Malgré notre très bon séjour , j'ai juste un petit moins à signaler au niveau des femmes de ménage. Pas de bonjour le matin ni de sourire . Nous avons dû demander à 2 reprises du papier toilette. Nous n'avons pas eu de savon pendant 4 jours , nous avons donc pris le shampooing et lorsqu'il était vide nous avons dû mettre les couvercles en évidence pour que le tout soit changé.
Le sol n'a pas été aspiré régulièrement.....
Pour le reste rien a dire , le linge de toilette et les lits impeccables

Far-far from the promises
Pros:

Very nice stuff, they gave us a lot of information, and always smiling!

Cons:

4star was written, and thats why I think it will be good for us. (special category). I dont know what its mean, but the hotel in real 2,5 star.
Not bad, but if we knew thats not four, we would choose another hotel: lot of noises in the night, not very clean (under the bed), and the bed was the worst in my life.
The breakfast was the last drop in my cup: cheapest things, bad quality. And the rooftop was not clean. So after the first night, we changed hotel.

Местоположение отеля . Неплохие номера . Вежливый персонал

Cons:

Кондиционер в номере работал на пределе своих возможностей. Не охлаждал помещение как следует . Было жарковато

The staff is absolutely exceptional. We were allowed into our room well before the official check-in time, they offered us an extra breakfast, and they were constantly responsive and eager to help.

Мы уже не первый год выбираем этот отель и каждый раз с удовольствием возвращались сюда. Именно поэтому нам особенно приятно было видеть неизменно тёплое отношение со стороны сотрудников ресепшен — нас всегда встречают очень доброжелательно и делают всё, чтобы отдых был комфортным.

Cons:

К сожалению, в этот раз общее впечатление было омрачено грубым и неуважительным отношением со стороны одного из сотрудников (мужчины) во время завтрака. Очень жаль, что поведение одного человека может повлиять на впечатление от отдыха и заставить задуматься, стоит ли возвращаться снова.
Несмотря на это, мы не снижаем оценку, потому что во всём остальном отель полностью заслуживает свои 10 баллов.
