Oda çok küçüktü yataklardan geçmek için yan dönüp sürünmek gerekiyordu tuvaletten çıkmak için kapıyı açınca banyonun içine girnek gerekiyordu çay veya kahve içmek için ısıtıcıyı yerinden taşıyıp yatağın yanına getirmek gerekiyordu çünkü odadaki tek fiş yatağın kenarındaydı yastıklar kullanılmış ve ter kokuyordu konum olarak tekin bir mekan değildi

Solo la posizione e le ragazze e i ragazzi del personale disponibili ed educati. La colazione appena sufficiente.

Per quanto riguarda la stanza, soffione doccia sospeso non funzionante, per fortuna c'era il dolcino manuale, scaldaacqua per te e caffè inutilizzabile perche pieno di ruggine all'interno, assenza di abajur sui comodini o nelle vicinanze del letto, cassaforte non utilizzabile perché bloccata.
L'hotel vanta un centro benessere con sauna e hammam a disposizione dei clienti dalle 10.00 del mattino alle 23.00 della sera, in realtà per usare la sauna bisogna insistere per farla accendere, l'hammam, non sono riuscito ad usarlo mai durante i 6 giorni di permanenza nonostante le ripetute richieste perché sempre spento.
Sono rimasto nell'hotel soltanto perché avevo pagato in anticipo il soggiorno.
Sconsigliatissimo.

Lit très confortable, bon petit déjeuner, mais quelques points à améliorer.
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était bon et il y avait un choix appréciable. Il est simplement dommage que certains plats ne soient plus vraiment chauds lorsque l'on arrive un peu plus tard. Un système permettant de maintenir les plats au chaud serait un vrai plus. Le café était un peu trop fort à mon goût et j'aurais également apprécié trouver du beurre au petit déjeuner.

Quelques points pourraient être améliorés.

À mon arrivée, il n'y avait aucune serviette dans la chambre. J'ai signalé le problème à la réception, mais on m'a indiqué qu'elles étaient probablement en hauteur alors qu'il n'y en avait réellement aucune. En revenant vers 23h, les serviettes n'avaient toujours pas été déposées. Le lendemain matin, j'ai dû redemander à la réception et insister pour pouvoir en obtenir immédiatement. Après un long voyage, il était assez décevant de ne pas pouvoir prendre de douche le soir de mon arrivée.

La chambre n'a également pas été faite un jour de mon séjour. Cela peut arriver et je peux tout à fait le comprendre, mais ce jour-là je n'avais malheureusement plus de papier toilette et j'ai donc dû en demander à la réception en soirée.

Quelques petits détails d'entretien seraient également à revoir : le système d'ouverture de la fenêtre de ma chambre était cassé et une tache, probablement de café ou d'une autre boisson, était présente sur le rebord de la fenêtre. Ce sont de petites choses qui pourraient facilement être corrigées pour les prochains occupants.

Concernant la literie, le lit était très confortable, rien à redire de ce côté-là. En revanche, j'ai été un peu surprise de ne pas trouver de drap dans le lit et d'avoir uniquement une couverture qui m'a semblé très fine. Je ne sais pas si c'est la manière habituelle de préparer les lits dans cet établissement, mais j'aurais personnellement préféré avoir un drap avec la couverture.

Enfin, l'hôtel est situé dans un quartier très animé, ce qui est agréable pour sortir et profiter d'Istanbul, mais il faut savoir que la musique et l'animation peuvent être entendues assez tard dans la nuit. Cela peut être gênant si l'on a le sommeil léger.
