Disappointing

Would not recommend.

We booked a one-week stay but needed to check out two days early and provided 48 hours’ notice. Despite speaking with the front desk and requesting a refund for the unused nights, management refused.

Hotels are free to set their policies, but the complete lack of flexibility and customer service was disappointing. Based on this experience alone, I would not stay here again.

The breakfast buffet was not worth 12EU and it took us two days of airing out the room to get rid of the overpowering smell of cleaning solution when we checked in.

Jag kommer i fortsättningen inte att boka med booking.com utan direkt med hotellet.
Eftersom vi kom en dag försent och missade en natt pga dåligt väder, gick det inte att skjuta fram en dag eller inte betala för den natten😞
Hade jag bokat direkt med hotellet hade det varit möjligt och prisskillnaden var 2€

Die zentrale Lage, 2 Minuten bis zum Hafen, 0 Minuten bis in die Innenstadt. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral.

Cons:

In der Nacht war bis ca. 4:00 Uhr auf der Straße Action.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind ganz schön. Jedoch ist es wichtig zu wissen, dass es ein recht altes Gebäude an einer lauten Straße ist. Die Fenster sind nicht die besten, daher hört man viel Verkehr. Zusätzlich ist die Luft im Zimmer sehr schlecht - extrem warm und trocken, die uralte Klimaanlage funktioniert zwar aber nicht mit der gewünschten Leistung. Entweder man macht die Fenster auf und kann dann wegen des Lärms nicht schlafen, oder man hofft, dass die Klimaanlage die Luft runter kühlt und man schläft dann auch nicht, weil zu warm und keine frische Luft.

Ansonsten alles sauber und ganz komfortabel. Bequeme Betten.
