Pros:

in pieno centro, la camera e' bella , standard per hotel 3 stelle

Cons:

poca illuminazione nella camera. Parcheggi attorno solo a pagamento. Tutti gli extra a pagamento (anche le cilade del caffe' da farsi in camera)

Pros:

Excellent location and an exceptionally clean room. Special compliments and thanks to the housekeeping staff for their outstanding work. Everything was spotless and very well maintained throughout our stay.

Une escale à Ponta Delgada
Pros:

Super emplacement pour rayonner sur Ponta Delgada.
C'est de l'hôtellerie 'standard' : pas de cachet ou de caractère mais c'est très pratique.

Cons:

L'hôtel souffre de son succès :
- les prix sont ceux d'un 4* (491 € pour 3 chambres standard d'1 nuit) = 163€ / chambre sans petit déjeuner
- une chambre sans climatisation : problème signalé puis intervention puis remise en marche inefficace
- des problèmes électriques pendant la nuit : les téléphones n'ont pas rechargés.
- une cafetière et 2 tasses sur la table mais il faut payer les dosettes à la réception !

Alles in allem war es okay
Pros:

Die Begrüßung am Tag der Ankunft war sehr freundlich! Die Dame beim Frühstück war auch sehr freundlich.

Frühstück überschaubar und wenig abwechslungsreich. Aufzüge sehr klein und langsam

Very pleasant.
Pros:

Very good. Loved the variety, freshness ,quality and detail. The regional products were much appreciated like the jams,bolo levedo and fresh cheese with pimenta.
