Easy to walk around and enjoy the city
Pros:

This hotel is very close to many historic places and the waterfront. Great place to walk around and have access to many restaurants, bars, churches, etc.

Cons:

Room was a bit small, but nothing unusual for a European room.

Overall okay but I would consider staying elsewhere next time I'm in Ponta Delgada.
Pros:

This is a modern hotel, American-style, centrally located, with all services and conveniences.

Cons:

At 189 Euros per room (in July), the hotel is not a very good value for money (breakfast is an additional 12 Euros per person). The lobby was not air-conditioned and was hot and uncomfortable. The elevators and hallways had an ever-present faint smell of bleach. The windows in our room were locked and could not be opened.

Cons:

Mobiliário do quarto ultrapassado, falta de estacionamento para os hóspedes e a falta de um bar aberto. Achei um preço demasiado caro para as condições apresentadas.
