The accommodation looked nothing like the photos on Booking. It was advertised as having a balcony, but in reality it was just a small internal light well with no view at all. In fact, the room had no proper window, which is very misleading when guests would naturally expect a balcony to mean access to daylight and an outside view.

The breakfast was also extremely disappointing, with very poor-quality ingredients. In a city like Istanbul, where excellent fresh food, fruit, vegetables, and meat are available everywhere, this was particularly surprising.

The location is highly touristy and lacks any authentic atmosphere. On the way to and from the hotel, you are constantly approached by aggressive touts trying to sell you something, which quickly becomes annoying.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The property does not match its online presentation, and I would definitely not stay here again or recommend it to others.

My wife and I stayed here for three nights, and I would say it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in Istanbul. The location is excellent, and the owner and staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was also very, very good.

The hospitality was outstanding. They arranged airport pick-up and drop-off at a very reasonable price, and they also organized tours for us that were quite affordable.

The rooms and toilets were very clean, and everything was perfect throughout our stay. If you are planning to stay in Istanbul, I would highly recommend this hotel. It is definitely one of the best options.

Добрый день, отдыхала в Стамбуле с дочерью на майские праздники. Искала бюджетный, но максимально комфортный отель, долго выбирала локацию. Hachi подошёл по многим параметрам и мой выбор пал на него: удобная локация, завтрак, номер с небольшой кухней (если это актуально), рядом много ресторанчиков и магазинов. 15 минут и вы у Голубой мечети. В пешей доступности трамвай, который идет через на другую сторону бухты Золотой рог и Гранд базар, а также метро и остановки автобусов, 10 минут и вы на набережной Мраморного моря и ещё 5-7 минут ресторанчики у воды.
В Hanchi нас встретил супер приветливый персонал и хозяин гостиницы, которые всегда были готовы помочь с любыми вопросами и сориентировать по локациям и как до них лучше добраться. Через хозяина гостиницы заказали две экскурсии на Принцевы острова и ночной Босфор. Цены более чем алекватные и они того стоят.
Большое спасибо за отдых.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel e mi sono trovato/a davvero benissimo. La posizione è eccellente, l’arredamento è meraviglioso e curato in ogni dettaglio, creando un’atmosfera molto accogliente. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, sempre con un sorriso. Anche la pulizia è impeccabile. Un’esperienza davvero piacevole: consiglio questo hotel con grande piacere e ci tornerei volentieri.
