Disappointed with bed bug or tick bites all over the arm!!
Pros:

The location was good in the sense of being just minutes walk from Main Street which had many restaurants and shops. Staff were nice and breakfast was basic but ok. Had good views from the terrace.

Cons:

Now this is where things gone completely wrong for us when on second and last night of our two night stay we had found a bed bug on the pillow. We had a room with one double bed and one single for our child. That night we all had to cramp up on one bed but eventually my husband went to sleep on the single bed thinking maybe it just one bug. How wrong we were when he woke up with one big bump on his cheek and later day we realised he had a full arm of bites leaving big hard red bumps all over his arm. We had to get some topic cream from the pharmacy and some tablets to take. It’s very unpleasant and quite scary. We are quite disappointed as we kind of were ok with old style furniture and decorations but most probably those are the culprits for the bed bugs. Next morning we showed them the cheek bite and they called the pest control and told us they will contact us in case if it was tick bite, but nobody got back to us which is again disappointing. So now we are left without knowing if it’s tick and bed bug bite.

El hotel es d muy buena construcción y comodidades.tanto la ubicación con unas terrazas hermosas.

Cons:

Deberían poner más atencion en el mantenimiento d las instalaciones. El AA tenía salida del condensado sobre el piso del baño,la tapa del inodoro totalmente suelta, la pileta estaba sucia hasta q cambiaron el agua en su totalidad. Esta gerenciado como una posada familiar más q un hotel d categoría.
El desayuno muy pobre.

Pros:

Très bon hôtel ! Les chambres étaient propres, confortables et bien entretenues. Le personnel était accueillant, serviable et toujours prêt à aider. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter les principaux sites de Göreme et de la Cappadoce. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et de bonne qualité. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter.

Hôtel de taille familial. Très bien situé au cœur de Gőreme
Endroit calme où l'on peut admirer depuis la terrasse sur le toit un panorama et un lever du soleil avec les montgolfières qui est Extraordinaire ! Juste Waoooh
Buffet petit déjeuner correct ou l'on trouve ce ue l'on veut . Le personnel de la réception est très accueillant et professionnel.
Je recommande++++ pour un séjour au cœur de la cappadoce.

Enjoyed our stay. Watched the balloons rising early in the morning from the hotel Teresa.
