Spitzenhotel, teuer aber jeden Cent wert

Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist spitze. Die Terrasse mit Pool und Blick auf den Bund fabelhaft.
Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und hat uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist sensationell. Extrem vielseitige Auswahl.
Unsere Hotelrechnung war viel höher, als auf booking zuvor angezeigt. Nach Rückfrage an der Rezeption, konnte das Problem sehr schnell geklärt werden. Die Dame, die sich unserem Thema angenommen hat, war sehr professionell, hat sich vielmals entschuldigt und uns sogar noch ein kleines Kartenetui geschenkt.
Außerdem haben wir ein Zimmer Upgrade erhalten. Die Damen an der Rezeption meinten, dass von diesem Zimmer aus die Aussicht schöner sein. Dafür nochmals vielen Dank.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl im W Hotel gefühlt und würden es sofort wieder buchen.

Manche Metrostationen sind weiter entfernt.

Нас встретили прямо в зоне прилета с табличкой вовремя. Трансфер от отеля. Прекрасный отель. Замечательное расположение.
Неплохие завтраки. Вид с бассейна красивый

Cons:

Нет возможности проветрить, в номере когда заходишь с улицы чувствуется запах сырости. Без кондиционирования нет воздуха, а с кондиционированием дует даже на минималках. Я люблю без вентиляции с открытым окном спать. Хотя бы микро проветривание. Грязные окна.

Шикарный вид из окна, fantastic suite, большой просторный номер. Удобный душ с водопадом и лавочкой. Консьерж служба работает четко, помогли забронировать рестораны на все ужины, купить билеты музей астрономии, быстро отвечают. Вид из открытого бассейна на Pearl tower восторг
