Cet hôtel a parfaitement répondu à nos attentes pour un établissement 5 étoiles. Son emplacement est excellent, avec un centre commercial et une station de métro directement au pied de l'hôtel, ce qui facilite grandement les déplacements.
Le personnel est particulièrement attentionné, professionnel et maîtrise assez bien l'anglais, ce qui est assez rare en Chine pour être souligné. Les chambres sont spacieuses, extrêmement confortables et offrent des vues spectaculaires sur Shanghai.
Le bar en terrasse est un véritable incontournable : la vue sur la ville illuminée le soir est tout simplement magnifique. La piscine extérieure est également un vrai point fort de l'établissement, avec une superbe vue sur la skyline de Shanghai. À noter toutefois que cette vue est appréciable uniquement en journée, puisque la piscine ferme vers 19h.
Le petit-déjeuner est de très bonne qualité, avec un large choix de produits. Seul bémol, la salle était très fréquentée et donc assez bruyante.
Nous avons adoré notre séjour et recommandons chaleureusement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui souhaitent profiter d'un séjour confortable et haut de gamme à Shanghai.
La piscine intérieure est agréable, même si l'air y est un peu frais en raison d'une climatisation assez forte. Le port du bonnet de bain est obligatoire et la présence de lignes de nage lui confère davantage une ambiance de piscine publique que d'espace détente haut de gamme. Heureusement, la très belle piscine extérieure compense largement ce petit bémol.
À noter également que les chambres et les salles de bain sont partiellement ouvertes l'une sur l'autre, sans véritable possibilité d'isoler la vue. Cela ne pose aucun problème pour un couple ou une famille, mais peut être moins pratique dans d'autres cas.
