The location, the cleanliness of the hotel as well as the room. The staff was friendly, valet was fast. Overall it was not a bad stay.
The was an issue with room service when we went to order, so we had to call down (not a big deal, but then we did receive something wrong). We called to let them know our fridge was leaking and was not cold, they stated they would send maintenance but no one ever came. The coffee machine was not plugged in, we had to pull the fridge out from the cabinet from the wall to plug the machine in.
Beautiful lobby and great location
Staff was not detailed in following up with requests I made for the reservation (I requested a crib for my baby).
The pillows were lumpy and the bathroom had water damage
The breakfast was great. We paid in advance for breakfast, so we were given vouchers to use to order our food

I DIDNT LIKE THE FACT THAT I PUT A ESTIMATED TIME FRAME TO ARRIVE BETWEEN 1600 1700 AND WAS TOLD THAT ROOM WASNT AVAILABLE HAD TO WAIT AROUND AND CHECK BACK IN LATER ABOUT 1745 VERY INCONVENIENT AND THEN TO TOP IT OFF IT WAS MY ANNIVERSARY AND I ORERED AND PAYED FOR SPECIAL ANNEMTIES FOR MY WIFE AND NEVER RECEIVED THEM SO I KINDLY WENT DOWNSTAIRS AROUND 2300 LAST NIGHT AND TOLD THEM IT HAD BEEN OVER 5HRS AND TO JUST CANCEL MY ORDER. OVERALL JUST MESSED UP MY STAY AND VERY DISAPPOINTED AND BAD EXPERIENCE.

Kaitlyn was my waitress and bartender. Her service was phenomenal. Her recommendations were spot on. Food was delicious! I’m in town on business, and sitting solo at the bar and she constantly checked on me. Kept my drink full and was very engaging conversationally. I would come back to this hotel on my next trip through town just because of her!
The staff is so friendly and warm! Kaitlyn and Ali at the bar were above and beyond with their service! We cannot wait to come back! Well done
Very nice room and property
We stayed on the Fourth of July and there was no room at the pool. It was packed and I noticed that they sold resort for a day passes for that day. We enjoyed a day at the pool on Friday with plenty of space for everyone.
