From the moment we arrived, the level of service was exceptional. Nico greeted us curbside with incredible energy and professionalism—he made us feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated right away. His attentiveness and kindness stood out and set the tone for the entire visit.
The front desk team continued that same level of excellence—friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help.
Dining at the hotel was equally impressive. Every dish was not only delicious but beautifully presented—easily some of the best food we’ve had at any hotel. Kiki provided outstanding service, always attentive and genuinely warm.
Experiences like this are what keep guests coming back. We’re already looking forward to our next stay at Le Méridien!

I stayed at this location for a conference and would recommend it for a few reasons:
•Heaven checked me in and was so kind, professional, and helpful!
•The check out staff that was working around noon on April 12 was equally as helpful and friendly as Heaven was when I checked in.
•The valet parking staff was always so positive! The gentlemen who just started a couple weeks ago (was at another location previously) was incredible. A driver had parked and was very rude but the valet staff member didn’t it let it get to him. He just proceed to assist with total professionalism. Wish I would’ve gotten his name.
•Sam at the restaurant took the time to share menu ideas and was an excellent server. In fact, because of her, I returned to the restaurant on a few occasions.
•The hotel is in a great location and is within walking distance to many spots.
•Hotel is very clean and housekeeping staff did a phenomenal job each day.
Nico (and the other nice young man that wears glasses) were great valets. They were so helpful and respectful and polite. I had some bicycles, so it was a little bit more work for them. Keila, at front desk, was so darn nice and helpful and fun to talk to. Great breakfast, great servers.
Nico at valet, Ms. Goodman at restaurant, front desk all were great. Great service with more than a smile - great interpersonal skills and competence. Someone has hired the right people and built a strong culture of true hospitality.

always see the front desk in a great mood. fast easy check ins. they great me by my name. they all are very personable. on this past stay Heaven stood out with her great greeting and smile. she always makes me laugh and feel welcome

It’s a bit old and needs renovations. Average service.
Due to some oversight, my room was not cleaned or tidied up. The room door had been renovated, but the finishing work was left undone(picture). Sad.
I had a confirmed reservation for March 9–11, but when we arrived to check in on the 9th, the hotel told us they could not find our reservation and that they only saw it starting on March 10. They also said they had no rooms available.
After showing them my confirmation email (which clearly listed March 9–11), the front desk staff checked their system and confirmed that their records showed the same dates. At that point we were told that our room had been reassigned because other guests who were expected to check out had not left, and the hotel no longer had a room available for us.
The most frustrating part was that we were never contacted ahead of time. The manager told us they realized earlier in the afternoon that the rooms would not be available, but we were not notified before arriving at the hotel. After traveling and expecting to check in, being told there was no room available was extremely stressful.
The following morning we called to confirm our reservation moving forward and received conflicting information again, with the system showing that we had “missed” our check-in the previous day.
Mistakes and unexpected situations can happen, but what was most disappointing was the lack of communication and the confusion from the staff about what had happened. A simple phone call earlier in the day could have saved us a lot of stress and allowed us to make other arrangements.

Clean and modern enjoyed the shower.
Lobby in second floor not welcoming. Rolling bags on carpet. Lobby should be tiled or lino.
