Had an amazing Japanese dining experience today! The service was excellent—Nabin and Yajur were attentive and welcoming. Chef Bikash was very helpful with the food recommendations, and every dish was delicious. And Ms. Samden made the refreshing mocktail. Thank you to the entire team for the wonderful hospitality. Looking forward to visiting again!

Excellent Hotel, great front office support by Miss Natisha. Always enjoy the day at Fairfield. Just have a request, they should have a spa inside the hotel.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay – Outstanding Service

I had an absolutely excellent stay at Fairfield by Marriott. I’m generally quite particular when it comes to hotels, so it takes a lot to genuinely impress me, but this property certainly did.

The rooms were excellent — clean, comfortable, well maintained, and the air conditioning was absolutely perfect. Everything about the stay felt comfortable and effortless.

What impressed me most, however, was the service. The staff were exceptionally polite, friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The level of hospitality really stood out and made the entire experience even better.

A very special mention to Sameer, who works in the morning. His professionalism, friendliness, and genuine approach to looking after guests made a real difference to my stay. He went above and beyond and played a big part in making my experience at the hotel such a positive one.

From the rooms and comfort to the hospitality and service, I genuinely had a fantastic experience. It’s not easy to impress me when it comes to hotels, but Fairfield by Marriott absolutely delivered.

Highly recommended, and I would happily stay here again. 5 stars from me!

This was our first trip to Nepal, and we had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious, and all the staff were very kind and welcoming. We would especially like to thank Apsara, who kindly explained the different dishes and recommended some of them to us. She made our breakfast experience even more enjoyable.

We would definitely love to stay here again the next time we visit Kathmandu.
