I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel and would like to express my appreciation for the excellent service provide by the entire team from the moment I arrived the staff were tooo good specially the front team ms sheeru joshna sajja yubin Rahul and all staff they were very friendly and makes us comfortable
Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and the service was generally good. I would especially like to commend Nabin from the café, who provided excellent service and even remembered my favorite foods after only a few days of my stay, which made me feel very welcomed.
However, there were some areas for improvement. I requested toothpaste and was informed that it would be sent to my room, but it was not delivered until my friend followed up with another call. Additionally, my friend was promised a room change in the morning, but when we returned to the hotel in the evening, the arrangement had not been made. We were later informed that no rooms were available.
Despite these issues, my overall experience was positive, and I appreciate the hospitality shown by the hotel staff.

Great location, friendly staff, prompt service, comfortable rooms. Breakfast spread was very good. Food was delicious.
Check in took two hours since we were initially told that the hotel was overbooked though we had booked in advance. But eventually things were fine and we were allotted our rooms.
Excellent caring staff and fantastic experience. Special thanks to Yubin and Abishek for their kindness. Really hope to return someday.
