-fajnie, że jest Spa i strefa odpoczynku przy basenie zewnętrznym i wewnętrznym, ale jednak lepiej by było, żeby była osobna strefa odpoczynku dla dorosłych, bo dużo dzieci w basenie wewnętrznym i na zewnątrz i to nie każdemu może pasować jak nam.
To już nasz szósty pobyt i nadal bardzo lubimy to miejsce. Największym atutem jest niezwykle miły, pomocny i profesjonalny personel. Lokalizacja, atmosfera oraz ogólny komfort sprawiają, że chętnie tu wracamy i polecamy ten obiekt innym gościom.
Tym razem byliśmy nieco rozczarowani stanem pokoju. Znajdowała się w nim niedomalowana ściana, firany były zabrudzone, a szlafroki bardzo zużyte i wymagały wymiany. Dodatkowo w pokoju było bardzo duszno i brakowało klimatyzacji, co szczególnie podczas cieplejszych dni znacząco wpływało na komfort pobytu. Są to drobne rzeczy, ale w obiekcie o tak wysokim standardzie zwracają uwagę.

Brak ciast tylko gotowe kupne ciastka - na tle innych hoteli tutaj mały minus.
brak kosmetyków w pokoju (jedynie żel), brak wacików, patyczków, zestawu do szycia akurat był potrzebny - rzeczy które są zawsze w hotelach 5*

-schönes Schwimmbad mit Rutsche etc. Wirklich toll!
-tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Waren in einigen Hotels in Polen. Dies war eines der Besten. Sehr große Auswahl, alles frisch. Sehr empfehlenswert.
-Abendessen haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen.
-entgegen mancher Bewertungen funktionierte die Kommunikation auf Englisch gut (wer ausschließlich deutsch spricht, könnte evtl. Leichte Probleme bekommen)
-bis zum Ortskern sind es zu Fuß ca 10 Minuten. Viele gemütliche Restaurants. Preise sind dort aber ziemlich an deutsches Niveau angepasst.
-Parkplatz kostet ca 12€ pro Tag extra
-Zimmer war etwas kühl (wir haben zumindest leider keine Bedienung für die Klimaanlage gefunden)
-Zimmer ist recht groß gewesen, dafür fehlte etwas Charme. Fußboden ist etwas abgenutzt.
-als wir in das Zimmer kamen, dachten wir, dass es nach Zigarettenrauch riecht. Haben dann irgendwann festgestellt, dass scheinbar im gesamten Hotel eine Art „Duft“ versprüht wird, welcher leicht rauchig riecht.
