Prostředí, park, bazén

Cons:

Chyběla rychlovarná konvice na pokoji, malý odpadkový koš. poměrně dražší restaurace, která kvalitou nebyla velká sláva. Navíc obsluha restaurace působila velmi amatersky

opravu krásné prostředí jak hotelu, tak i zámeckého parku
Pros:

velmi milý personál, oceňuji zejména snaživost mladých číšníků a servírek, velmi dobrá kuchyně, bazén v zámeckém parku má své jedinečné kouzlo

Cons:

Jedinou skvrnou bylo nedůstojné dohadování o lehátcích u bazénu. Hotel této kategorie vůbec nesmí připustit, aby bylo k dispozici méně lehátek než hostů - hra na ručníkové závodníky před snídaní je opravdu v této kategorii nepřípustná.
Pokud zaplatím za noc 10 tisíc korun ( a rád za bezvadné služby ) a nemůžu v půl desáté dopoledne sehnat jediné lehátko, to opravdu kazí dojem. Doufám, že šlo jen o výjimečnou situaci

Beautiful location and a very comfortable chateaux
Pros:

Breakfast was a selection of good food. Morning 1 we had this delivered to the room and the rest of the time we went to the breakfast room. The location of the chateaux is in a beautiful and informative forest parkland. Unfortunately the weather wasn't conducive to swimming but the pooled looked good.

Rekli jsme o pobytu pratelum. Zazitek byl velky.
Pros:

Snidane vynikajici. Park uzasny. Personal velmi ochotny. Spa zona vyjimecna, virivka a koupani v lese nadherne.

Cons:

Byli jsme naprosto spokojeni.

Vše od welnees, park, venkovní bazén, restaurace, personál. Pěkný zážitek.

Cons:

Dostali jsme pokoj hned za recepcí 102 kde bylo slyšet z recepce jak večer tak hned po ránu což nemilo úplně příjemné. V restuarci jsme si opravdu pochutnali, Bohužel dojem rušila hudba z kuchyně v tichém sále. To bylo dost nevhodné

Krásný zámek, park…

Cons:

Tmavý pokoj, chyběl nám koutek (rychlovarná konvice + hrnky) na udělání si čaje a kávy.
V restauraci nám nabídli dětské menu až 3den.

Sehr gutes Restaurant. Hervorragendes Frühstück.
Ein schöner Schlosspark.

Cons:

Das Frühstück wird in einem Nebengebäude serviert. Für Personen,die nicht gut zu Fuß sind, ist der Weg zu weit.
Für ein Schlosszimmer fanden wir die glãserne Trennwand zum Bad wenig stilvoll.
Das Zimmer hat unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt.

Pros:

Velmi se nám líbilo okolí zámku, park je opravdu krásný. Je vidět, že se o něj nekdo pečlivě stará. Je zde klid a krásná příroda. Zámek je také velmi hezký, prostředí je hezky vybaveno. Pokoj byl malý, dle fotek jsme očekávali trochu více prostoru. Koupelna byla opravdu mini. Restaurace vypadá velmi hezky, menu je však strohé.

Cons:

Dostali jsme pokoj vedle technické místnosti, v noci i přes den zde byl slyšet kotel, který spínal a hučel. Nepřijde mi adekvátní umístit technickou místnost vedle pokojů. Personál nám nabídl výměnu pokoje. Jelikož jsme zde byli pouze na prodloužený víkend, odmítli jsme tuto nabídku. Balení a vybalení by nás stálo zbytečný čas. Jiná forma kompenzace navrhnuta nebyla. Koupelna byla opravdu malinká a ve sprše bohužel byla patrná plíseň podél těsnění, sprcha nedržela na svém místě.
