Zweck erfüllt. Schlafen, duschen und zu Unternehmungen starten.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut und wurde am Tisch freundlich serviert. Genügend Auswahl vorhanden. Die Lage war zentral gut für alle Unternehmungen.
Der Preis war angemessen.

Cons:

Das kleine Hotel wirkt sehr "altbacken", aber gemütlich. Große Ansprüche sollte man aber nicht stellen.
Die Sauberkeit bei der Zimmerreinigung muss verbessert werden. Einige Gegenstände waren nicht abgewischt oder Ecken nicht vom Staub befreit.
Der Einstieg in die Dusche, die sehr eng ist, war sehr schwer und auch gefährlich für ältere Menschen.

Es war sehr unkompliziert einzucheck. Wir wurden vor unserer Anreise kontaktiert um zu klären ob Allergien vorliegen oder ein bestimmter Härtgrad der Matratze gewünscht wird. Es wird für Hotelgäste auch Abendessen angeboten. Was wir dankend abgelehnt haben. Das Frühstück war inbegriffen und mehr als ausreichend. Es war sehr gut. Das Zimmer selbst war sauber und ansprechend eingerichtet. Es war sogar eine Terrasse am Zimmer (1.Etage). Diese haben wir nicht wirklich genutzt, da wir nur 1 Nacht da waren.

Cons:

Die Dusche ist im Schlafzimmer und das Waschbecken auch. Die Toilette war separat ohne Waschbecken. Das ist nicht schlimm aber etwas komisch, da es für die Dusche zwar eine Lampe aber keinen Schalter gibt.

Een hele fijne ervaring en goed hotel
Pros:

Personeel en eigenaar zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam en hebben ook.mooie verhalen en weetjes over het gebied.
Het eten is uitstekend wij hebben ontbijt en avondeten gehad en was echt heerlijk echt een aanrader. .
Hotel is netjes en rustig en onze kamer was ruim met een fijn balkon.
En omgeving is perfect voor leuke uitstapjes en wandelen er loop een mooi wandelgebied vlak langs het hotel

Cons:

Eigenlijk helemaal niets ik was echt heel erg te tevreden.

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, geräumiges Zimmer mit Balkon und Wendematratze.
Kurkarte für die Nutzung der Busse im gesamten Harz wurde ausgestellt. Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank im Aufenthaltsbereich nutzbar.

Cons:

Die Matratzen sind etwas durchgelegen.

Wir haben Thermenurlaub mit Wandern kombiniert und waren deshalb kaum im Zimmer

Frühstück war Tellerfrühstück, aber in Ordnung.
Wir haben es nicht geschafft .

Cons:

Zimmer nicht sauber, insbesondere die Toilette und Waschbecken. Viel Spinnengewebe. Dusche im Zimmer direkt. Treppenhaus muffig. Gardinen sehe schmutzig.

Ruhige und gemütliche Ferienwohnung an der Stadtgrenze von Altenau in Harz.
Im Schlafzimmer gibt es ein hervorragendes Bett mit einem elektrisch verstellbaren Lattenrost.

- Es gibt ausreichend Platz zum Parken.
- Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, u. a. die Therme.
- Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und höflich.

Ungepflegt das Aussengelände..verschimmelte Toilette nebst Klobrille und Boden..lief kein Wasser..sind direkt auch wieder abgereist...und haben auf die Zimmer verzichtet
