Very uncomfortable stay
Pros:

The room was decently big enough.

Cons:

Car parking facility is limited. The guest has to search one on the streets. No valet parking help. We had to drive around for quite some time to get one on the road. The road where the property is located is a busy area and difficult to get a parking easily. No courtesy help to senior citizens to handle their baggage up the stairs u hv to climb to reach the front desk. Property entrance is not senior citizen/differently abled person friendly.
The POS machine for using credit/debit card does not work. So payment is either cash or UPI. Sorry state of management of a 3 star hotel.
The bed linen lacked neatness. Especially the cover blanket. The bathroom towels were not good.
The mirror lighting was faulty in the room. The bath area lamp did not wotk. The bath area door gaskets had fallen off.The WIFI was very weak.Room service available only after 9 am in the morning. The 3rd bed was a floor bed and not provided on a foldable cot though property facility said it would be a separate cot.No pillows provided for the 3rd bed. We were asked to use the pillows provided for the main cot.

Avoid at any cost
Pros:

The room which was supposed to be the best in class was pretty ordinary but it would have been ok if things were working
1. The tv had no audio (starts with good audio and in 30 seconds goes mute) it’s a very tiny screen for the room in any case
2. Lights in the room and shower flickered constantly was not for faint of heart very scary
3. Service was poor had to ask multiple times for a basic towel we were three and only two towels were provided it was so slow that we had to share a towel
4. They outright refused to provide fourth pillow saying only allowed what was provided and they they don’t give additional pillows
Please avoid if you need a good room and service

A++ hotel in Bangalore
Pros:

Amazing experience..service was really good and ambience was top class.
There was absolutely no compromise on privacy. The interiors were beautiful..the room was spacious and lighting was just perfect.
Will definitely visit again when I'm in Bangalore.

I went to Bangalore during February 2022. I Had a pleasant stay in your hotel. Rooms are very spacious, neat and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Always good cooperation. Room price is affordable. Enjoyed the stay in Bangalore with Horizon comfort. Thank you
