Prima plek voor overnachting bij de luchthaven

Makkelijk inchecken, ruime kamer en supermarkt om de hoek en vlakbij de luchthaven.

Het was een nachtmerrie, dieptreurig, mensonterend.
Cons:

Bij aankomst bleek het hotel door wegwerkzaamheden moeilijk bereikbaar. Ondanks dat deze werkzaamheden kennelijk al bekend waren, ben ik hierover pas op de dag van aankomst geïnformeerd. Daarnaast waren de instructies over de bereikbaarheid en het parkeren onvoldoende duidelijk. Hierdoor hebben wij veel tijd verloren en konden wij pas zeer laat inchecken.

Voor de parkeerfaciliteit heb ik betaald, maar deze bleek door de wegwerkzaamheden niet bereikbaar.
Bij aankomst troffen wij vervolgens een dekbed/beddengoed aan met duidelijke oude bloedvlekken. Dit was voor ons volstrekt onacceptabel vanuit het oogpunt van hygiëne. Wij verbleven bovendien met een baby, waardoor wij extra belang hechtten aan een schone en hygiënische slaapomgeving.

Ik heb het probleem direct gemeld bij de receptie. Vanuit een andere locatie is vervolgens aangegeven dat ik zelf schoon beddengoed uit een kast kon halen. Ik heb mij hiervoor naar de betreffende locatie begeven, maar de toegangskaart werkte niet. Ook nadat vanuit een andere locatie hulp was geboden, lukte het niet om toegang te krijgen tot de kast. Uiteindelijk is er dus geen schoon beddengoed beschikbaar gesteld.Ik heb daarmee zelf meerdere pogingen ondernomen om het probleem op te lossen, maar ondanks mijn melding en de hulp van het hotel is het niet gelukt om ons van schoon beddengoed te voorzien.

Als gevolg hiervan konden wij niet normaal gebruikmaken van het bed en hebben wij door deze situatie niet kunnen slapen. Dit is, zeker in combinatie met het verblijf met een baby, voor ons een zeer ernstige tekortkoming geweest.

Špatné jednání
Cons:

Bohužel jsem si až dodatečně všimla, že má hotel špatné recenze a bála jsem se tam jet kvůli zdraví mě a mojí rodiny. Dříve tam byly i mšice a několikrát velmi špatně uklizeno. Hotel mi ale odmítl, i přes opakovanou žádost, vrátit peníze. Storno poplatek je prý 100% za jakýchkoliv podmínek.

J'ai payer le prix de la chambre, j'ai du donner une garantie que je me demande quand vais-je la récupérer le distributeur ne fonctionne pas ,et les taxis un hier après-midi 25 euros et a 2h du matin 15 euros faites le total le sheraton est très bien et ont peut mangé et prendre un petit ici rien de rien
