Check in hat nicht funktioniert. Stand Nachts um 1:30 für 1 1/2 Stunden vor der Tür. Muße dann 50€ Sicherheitgeld hinterlegen bevor ich auf mein Zimmer konnte.

Pas de draps housse sur le canapé lit, pas de tapis de bain, pommeau de douche au plafond qui ne donne aucune possibilité de se laver sans mouiller les cheveux, pommeau entartré et tres peu de pression, eau chaude très longue a arriver et qui reste tres moyennement chaude, rideau de douche tres sale, lavabo bouché, ménage assez approximatif avec des moutons sous le canapé lit, rideaux piece principales sales et troués, éponge pour la vaisselle qui avait déjà été largement utilisé au préalable sans que l'on sache forcément dans quelles conditions, oreillers pleins de grosses bourres inconfortables et complètement jaunis.... la liste est assez longue...

This is a terrible studio apartment, completely unsuitable for its description and not worth the money. Let's start with the fact that on check-in day, I had to ask the management five times for the code to open the main doors, as we arrived late in the evening after 23:00, long after reception had closed. It's their responsibility to send a personal code to open the main doors immediately after check-in time, which is 15:00, and not 20:00, after repeated messages and calls. As soon as we checked in, the main lamp in the room didn't work at all; only a small bulb in the kitchen area was working, barely providing any light. The bathroom was terribly small, everything is old, dirty, and limescale-covered, and all the walls are dirty and worn. Only the next day, after repeated calls to the management, I was able to arrange for a technician to come and replace all three bulbs in the lamp, which had all burned out at the same time. The Wi-Fi in the room didn't work at all from the very beginning; this technician had to unscrew the antenna from the wall and reboot it before the Wi-Fi worked. Half the towels were stained beyond repair. The child's sofa wasn't ready for sleeping, and we had to make and organise everything ourselves, even though this is the direct responsibility of the property.

J'ai trouve un petit insecte indesirable dans la cuisine en arrivant. J'ai sejourne plusieurs fois dans cet etablissement et j'ai garde de tres bons souvenirs mais helas, cette fois-ci je me demande si je renouvellerai l'experience.

Une porte fermée entre l'appartement et un autre appartement avec un pictogramme d'indication d'issue de secours. Pas d'isolement, tout le bruit de l'autre appartement est entendu ce qui n'est pas du tout agréable.

Vooraf gedoe en onduidelijkheid over inchecken. Duurt lang voordat de borg terug is.

Il fatto che il Wi-Fi non arrivi nella stanza

Je tiens à faire une réclamation car nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude dans la douche pendant 2jours, le problème n'a été résolu que pour le matin de notre départ...

Se escuchaban las personas de la habitacion de al lado porque hay como una especie de puerta de emergencia calculo que para todo el edificio
