C'est la deuxième fois que je séjourne dans cet hôtel. La réceptionniste, Mme Hasnae, est d'une gentillesse et d'un professionnalisme remarquables. Elle ne se lasse jamais de demander si vous avez besoin de quelque chose ou comment elle peut vous aider. Ils sont tellement attentionnés qu'après avoir séjourné ici, vous auriez presque l'impression de tromper cet hôtel en allant ailleurs !

De plus, la directrice de l'hôtel, Mme Latifa, est toujours disponible pour répondre à vos besoins, de jour comme de nuit.

C'est un hôtel où je me sens toujours très à l'aise et où je passe un séjour des plus agréables. Je le recommande vivement.
J'allais oublier le restaurant et le service en chambre. Eux aussi sont d'une grande gentillesse et très attentionnés. Ils font tout pour que vous vous sentiez en sécurité, à l'aise et parfaitement pris en charge. Merci à toute l'équipe !

C'est mon deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel, et c'est sans aucun doute l'un de mes hôtels préférés au Maroc. La réceptionniste, Madame Hasnae, est d'une grande gentillesse et toujours très attentionnée. Grâce à elle, on se sent immédiatement en sécurité et bien accueilli. La directrice de l'hôtel, Madame Latifa, est également exceptionnelle. De jour comme de nuit, elle est toujours disponible pour répondre à toutes les questions et satisfaire le moindre besoin de ses clients. Le personnel du service en chambre et du restaurant est lui aussi très aimable, professionnel et serviable. Je peux dire sans hésiter que c'est l'un des hôtels où l'on se sent le plus en sécurité. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour son excellent travail. Salutations de Turquie !

Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
Das Zimmer war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und wohlgefühlt. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt und wir können das Hotel aufjeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
