The staff member Yonatan was very kind to upgrade our room to the one with a panoramic view of the kinneret.
The food was great with a lot of variety to choose from. The rooms were clean and freshly renovated.
The swimming pool and beach open hours are very limited. It would be great if they’d open before 10am.

We found this hotel by accident: we were so disappointed with the other hotel we had booked that we decided to find something else on the spot, and it turned out to be a great choice. We came to the lobby and there was Yonatan, smiling and friendly with freshly made lemonade at hand...He saved our romantic vacation. When you enter the property, you feel right away you got to the right place: quiet, luxury and clean. Everything was great: the pool, the view on Kineret, the guitarist in the bar and the wonderful breakfast (10 varieties of cheese softened my heart).
הצוות היה מקסים וקשוב לכל הבקשות שלנו. שידרגו לנו את ההזמנה לחדר עם נוף מלא לכנרת. החדר היה נקי, גדול ומאוד מפנק. פינקו אותנו עם צלחת פירות, פררו רושה ויין אדום. המקלחת היתה ענקית עם אמבטיה ומקלחון. למלון יש חוף פרטי זה היה בונוס מבחינתי. באנו ללילה אחד והתבאסנו שלא נשארנו עוד לילה. אין ספק שנחזור לשם שוב בהקדם🩵
קיבלנו חדר עם מרפסת ונוף מהמם לבריכה ולכנרת, כולל חצי פנסיון.
האווירה במלון הייתה מצוינת, קבלת הפנים חמה ומזמינה, והאוכל מגוון, טרי וטעים מאוד.
הכל מוגש ברמה גבוהה ובהשקעה.
בריכה מושלמת עם אווירה רגועה ונוף עוצר נשימה לכנרת — בדיוק המקום להירגע, ליהנות ולהרגיש בחופשה אמיתית.
הצוות עובד מכל הלב, דואג ללקוחות ונותן תחושת יחס אישי לאורך כל השהות.
מאוד נהנינו מהחוויה, ובהחלט נחזור שוב ונמליץ בחום לאחרים.
הכל היה מצוין, רק הערה קטנה לשיפור — היינו שמחים אם צלעות הכבש היו נעשות על האש/גריל במקום על הפלאנצ'ה, זה היה יכול להוסיף עוד יותר לטעם ולחוויה 😊
